Overall I have benefited using the software. One suggestion is to include a feature that team members get a highlighted prompt daily automatically showing the overdue and expiring tasks in different colour.

Pros

Client and task management are very easy to use features. The bulletin is an essential feature. The home page showing overdue and running tasks comes very handy. The feature showing team members views of dashboard surely provides good control over tasks.

Cons

The software takes time to refresh even after clicking cloud button.

Pros

Ease of interface, filtering, ease of work management, most of all reminders, labels, search options, etc has added that much value to the product.

Cons

Billing and task linking with billed invoices are receptive to manipulation and inaccuracies.

This CA office mgt software is simple and easy to understand. It works without any glitches and is fast and not complicated.

Cons

Not came across such disliking feature. I liked Jamku with all its feature.

Pros

The software is very much user friendly.

Cons

There is one control which i would like to have is, no undue services/ compliance should be added while creating a task when the same is not available in the service/ compliance master. Also such tasks if created are unable to delete even when no work done is updated for the same. This will lead to mess in master at a future date.
