Progression has made us grow as a team quite significantly in terms of assessing performance, figuring out growth and career development, and even praising others for their work!

Pros

Frameworks: creating a skill framework for each role in the organisation is critical to ensure fairness, a thorough assessment of performance, and a direction of travel when development is addressed. Check-in: it really simplifies performance management!

Cons

Frameworks might be lengthy to create and test - the AI tool is helpful though!Recognition and "shout-outs" are not the most engaging - but that can be easily solved through integrations.
