Avec Workstaff, il est également très simple de revenir sur les quarts de travail passés des intervenants cela nous permet de voir ce qu'ils ont déjà fait afin de mieux planifier les prochains quarts.

I like that you can post job offers to a large group of workers and then see who wants to work. Easy to use. Love the fact that the staff can upload pictures. Great for scheduling on call staff.

Cons

Wish you could do more with mobile app on the manager side .

There is a learning curve to go through for both managers using it to book staff, but for the staff themselves as well. But once everyone understands how everything works, it is very useful application.

Pros

The possibility to create departments, and classify staff per department, which keeps things a little but more organized.

Cons

Considering I have big amounts of staff on it, sometimes loading the time sheets takes some time.

Reasons for choosing Workstaff

We need a program where we can create offers or job possibilities, and our staff choose where to apply, and Workstaff allows this. Other programs need the manager to know before which employee to put in each event, and in out case this is not what we do. So this feature of creating offers and allowing our staff to choose where they want to be booked is really helpful.
