Pros VMware cloud directory is a very stable and robust tool, in my experience using it I never experienced an outage Cons In a ocassion I had to migrate a VM from VMware cloud director to GCP, it was not possible due to compatibility issues, so I have to create a new server from scratch, and then setup everything again. The solution requires a lot of RAM space in order to function adequately. This can be a challenge for organizations with limited storage resources.
