Pros We managed to identify and control all key areas and employees behaviours that led to security breaches on our company's computers and data. We have whitelisted specific devices to connect to our computer denying access any unauthorized device. Another crucial area we are counting success is in setting permissions for specific users, devices and departments. This flexibility means a lot when it comes to managing access since we have senior staffs spread across multiple departments and we need to allow them special permissions to access and transfer files. Additionally, we can set "Read-Only" access to specific USB devices in situations where we want to prevent data transfer to external spaces. Cons AccessPatrol is a "For Keep" software. We have configured it across our endpoints and it has worked well in terms of ensuring the safety of our data. Pros How it denies access of unwanted removable media to any of our sensitive data is just amazing. We smoothly block any devices that aren't part of the allowed list of devices. It gives us visibility into the activities of USBs and sends alerts whenever there are any violations. We are also able to stop the wireless connections that we deem harmful in easy steps. Access patrol is easy to navigate around and even easier to use. Cons Access Patrol is quite impressive. So far I haven't encountered any major issues wit it. It smoothly blocks USBs that don't have permission from accessing our data and grants access to those with permission. It also monitors USB activities and data breaches.
