### "I like PitneyShip!"

Very Good. It's super fast and is keeping up with our client/matter numbers pretty well. The system doesn't go down too often, either.

Pros

It's so much faster than filling out the paperwork (including the green card), adding postage and mailing my work; then waiting for the green card to come back. Also, I get an email immediately afterward indicating that my letter/document has been sent and frequent updates to delivery.

Cons

I'm having a difficult time getting refunds for postage printed on envelopes that were never mailed.

### "Competitive Prices and User Friendly"

I've been with you a LONG time. Starting with ship station, then shifted to Pitney Ship, SendPro and now Pitney Ship. Have had very few problems over the years, but it used to be much easier getting tech support. Now if there is an issue, I have to create a ticket and wait, or get on a lengthy chat. I do miss being able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. Other than that, I am happy with the service. Just would like the scale and Device Hub to stay online.

Pros

The ease of use and competitive pricing. Love that I have an address book where names pop right up and that I can have presets for my mailers and boxes. It makes it quick and easy.

Cons

In the last couple of months I have had lots of issues with Device Hub. My scale goes offline continually and I am having to redownload it, then activate it. It did not do this in the past. Very annoying. I often just type in the weight, but would like to see this issue resolved.

### "PitneyBowes-Great Option for Mailing"

Representatives have been quick to respond when we have issues which is very rare. I believe I have called about 3 times in the period we have leased the meter which has been a few years. We have even had a person come out to our office to assist us. We are about 20 minutes from Fort Worth, TX but it can be an hour drive due to traffic.

Pros

Ability use both the meter and online app to add addresses, print postage. Both WiFi and network connection (we moved our machine and do not have a hard ethernet port available at new location - but can connect easily by WiFi)

Cons

Sometimes, there is a lag time or delay of postage but very rare. This usually occurs when there is heavy posting for all users but again is very rare.

If you do not have any issues and software working fine, it is good, but if you run into a problem, good luck getting timely help!

Pros

The discounts from regular Postage & UPS Rates. If you are a frequent shipper this is a nice feature.

Cons

The Customer service is VERY POOR! They have outsourced this to a call center which appears to be in India and at times HARD to communicate with the rep and they really do not seem to care.

### "Skip the long USPS and UPS lines"

If you enjoy walking past the long line of UPS customers and dropping your package off and leaving or if you enjoy putting your package or large envelope in your mail box for the postman to pick up instead of going to the post office, this is the service for you. I have used this service for about 15 years and although I am no longer using it in a business setting, I find it excellent in a personal setting. I can print my own stamps and print my own shipping labels. All I have to do is keep shipping labels and stamp labels on hand. If I make a mistake I can get an immediate return/refund. If I don't have enough postage to buy more stamps, SantaPro/PitneyShip re-ups in my selected amount. While I only use USPS and UPS, they also ship FedEx. As a matter of fact they compare the prices of each one and I can select whichever one I want to use before printing out the postage or mailing label.

Pros

I love walking around the long customer service lines at United Parcel Service and the United States Post Office

Cons

I've been dealing with this Pitney Bowes scale for years and I can't seem to get the app to recognize it. If I ever do it seems to lose it.

### "Lifesaving piece of equipment!"

Everything is great when it is up and working. I think it is a great tool for my office I would recommend it to anyone who's doing mailroom work. I Love It!

Pros

The remembering of the names. Fast and efficient. Makes my day go by smoothly. The printer helps with the time it takes to process each package.

Cons

The glitches that keep popping up with the sign in. I also couldn't send a package to a designated zip code. it wouldn't let me.

Pros

I appreciate the convenience of not having to go into the post office for my mailings. The website is easy to manage and I have not had a problem in the years that I have used PitneyShip.

Cons

I have trouble finding how to adjust the mailing date for my items since I don't always mail my items on the same day that I print my labels.

The system is not complicated to use. I found it to be very straightforward and the steps were easy to follow.

Cons

The system turns on and instantly uses register tape without a transaction in place. It would be nice if the tape was not wasted.

Works adequately for our shipping needs since we have clients all over the state, makes it more convenient for them so they don't always have to come in to get refills.

Pros

The pre-saved is a great option since the majority of our shipments are the same weight and size. Being able to send our client the tracking number immediately helps keep everyone in the loop as far as their package goes.

Cons

The fact that they changed the postage buying option to be rounded to an even dollar. It costs us more in postage due to the extra surcharges.

It's good, easy to use and helpful for mass mailings. I have been using for several years now and seems to be one of the better programs for shipping.

Pros

I like the ease of the program. I like that the minimum dollar amount for reloading has been lowered as well.

Cons

It's costing quite a bit more to ship very light small packages. Sometimes have issues logging in every so often.

Overall, it's a terrific product! Just remember how to put the postage sheets in the printer! Enjoy!

Pros

Pitney Ship is super easy to use! And, if I make a mistake, there is a reprint feature. The postage sheets are not expensive - I love not having to use stamps from the post office.

Cons

You have to move heaven and earth to get a refund for a mistake. It's hard to justify spending 15-20 minutes to complete the paperwork and then you have to remember to keep checking to see if you received it. For postage on one stamp that I messed up I can't use that much time to get .69 cents back.

I don't have to leave my desk or office to ship anything out. Tracking is easy,I can put the email for the person sending the package.

Cons

International shipping I not use to it but some question are hard to answer with guidance to reference to.

I can't think of a thing! I really can't. If I were to invent something where one could do something to make it more productive to utilize their day, It certainly would be (almost) the same product!

Good experience so far. I really dont have too much to say that is on the negative side. It is a business and they make money. Tip for people, buy your own digital scale!

Pros

The ease of printing postage and not having to go to the post office. It is super helpful to pay for the eact pastage and print it...in the past, we usually had to over pay on large envelopes because the post office wouldn't stock the necessary stamps for us to purchase and keep our own stamp stock.

Cons

I don't like having few options for print envelope sizes other than size 10. We will not rent the additional equipment that is offered

Overall things work well could be better we would like to speak with a person and stop the recording calls.

Pros

Purchasing stamps and how it works very smoothly without having to go to the Post Office

Cons

I do not like that when you pay online the day your invoice is due you charge a late fee. If we pay a week in advance it is fine but the due date, we are charged a late fee of 40.00. Call to discuss it with your office we only get a tape recording nothing else.

Okay, the customer service end needs work. Not being able to talk to a person is very difficult some times. There are times when it is necessary to have a real person look at an issue. I am having a problem now with billing and there are no choices in the automated system that can answer my question or help me. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I am not happy at all.

Pros

It is easy to print labels from my computer.

Cons

When we receive delivery confirmations they do not have the name. So on each one we have to look up in history, this is time consuming.

It is easy to use, and costs less than going to the post office.

Pros

It is easy and dependable. I like that they send me an email when the package has been delivered.

I would not say there is any thing i liked least.

I have used Pitney for many years. I have never needed to look else where for my shipping needs.

Pros

Fast and easy to use. If there is a problem , customer service is great.

Cons

Wish prices were lower. But that is just inflation. They are lower then most for all the services they provide.
