### "I like PitneyShip!"

Very Good. It's super fast and is keeping up with our client/matter numbers pretty well. The system doesn't go down too often, either.

Pros

It's so much faster than filling out the paperwork (including the green card), adding postage and mailing my work; then waiting for the green card to come back. Also, I get an email immediately afterward indicating that my letter/document has been sent and frequent updates to delivery.

Cons

I'm having a difficult time getting refunds for postage printed on envelopes that were never mailed.

### "Pitney rocks"

my overall experience has been pretty good, now real issues its easy to use and operate and easy to show someone who has never use one before.

Pros

easy to use and operate. its user friendly and like the built-in address correction it has built in so you make use your address is correct.

Cons

its harder now to customize your postage, like if you need to add postage to an envelope for a certain amount, its not easy to do now

### "BAD Oustsouced Customer Service"

If you do not have any issues and software working fine, it is good, but if you run into a problem, good luck getting timely help!

Pros

The discounts from regular Postage & UPS Rates. If you are a frequent shipper this is a nice feature.

Cons

The Customer service is VERY POOR! They have outsourced this to a call center which appears to be in India and at times HARD to communicate with the rep and they really do not seem to care.

### "PitneyBowes-Great Option for Mailing"

Representatives have been quick to respond when we have issues which is very rare. I believe I have called about 3 times in the period we have leased the meter which has been a few years. We have even had a person come out to our office to assist us. We are about 20 minutes from Fort Worth, TX but it can be an hour drive due to traffic.

Pros

Ability use both the meter and online app to add addresses, print postage. Both WiFi and network connection (we moved our machine and do not have a hard ethernet port available at new location - but can connect easily by WiFi)

Cons

Sometimes, there is a lag time or delay of postage but very rare. This usually occurs when there is heavy posting for all users but again is very rare.

### "Competitive Prices and User Friendly"

I've been with you a LONG time. Starting with ship station, then shifted to Pitney Ship, SendPro and now Pitney Ship. Have had very few problems over the years, but it used to be much easier getting tech support. Now if there is an issue, I have to create a ticket and wait, or get on a lengthy chat. I do miss being able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. Other than that, I am happy with the service. Just would like the scale and Device Hub to stay online.

Pros

The ease of use and competitive pricing. Love that I have an address book where names pop right up and that I can have presets for my mailers and boxes. It makes it quick and easy.

Cons

In the last couple of months I have had lots of issues with Device Hub. My scale goes offline continually and I am having to redownload it, then activate it. It did not do this in the past. Very annoying. I often just type in the weight, but would like to see this issue resolved.

Easy to use. keeps track of shipments. decent prices, and overall good product. I like the fact that we can order supplies that print right along with the USPS products.

Pros

Ease of use and easy to keep track of shipments. The labels are easy to print and it maintains the address book for us.

Cons

nothing. I really like the product. I can't really say there is anything that I don't like about the program. It works for what we need. I guess I wish we didn't have to pay for the stamp paper sheets.

Pros

The ease and convenience to ship packages from home and skipping the line and wait at the post office.

Cons

Not being able to schedule a mail/package pick up directly from the PitneyShip website. This would provide me the opportunity to have packages picked up directly from my home by the postal service.

I left Stamps.com to use Pitney Bowes mostly because the monthly fees beyond postage. PB is much cheaper and works so much better. No software to install or update. Everything just works!

Pros

Great pricing with no monthly fees. I print mostly envelopes and it works with whatever printer i have available.

Cons

Nothing at all. It does everything i need it to do. Wish i had found it years ago before i wasted so much on Stamps.com.

Pretty good. Only issues were really the initial set up for account to be configured correctly and linking to the cube.

Pros

It integrates with McKesson! No more having to hand-type every address or updating manually. I really like the ability to email notifications to ourselves and the patient.

Cons

Can be hard to order supplies for it directly on Pitney website. Although I managed to order from Amazon using subscribe & save, so that works out.

If your office produces enough in-house mail to require an efficient postage or shipping solution but not worry about a piece of postage machinery, PSP is your way to go. It is a more cost-efficient solution than a postage machine.

Pros

The software is easy to set up and use, making it a more suitable option for among various staff and office locations. The transparency of shipping options, requirements, and costs has made it simple to use the best service for a given mail piece.

Cons

I am a promoter of the software in full, and recommend it heavily. I do not see any cons to cause us to seek other options rather than provide recommendation for enhancement. PB has been receptive and responsive to feedback for PSP.

Reason for choosing PitneyShip

My company was originally leasing mail equipment with PB before switching to an outsourcing provider for bulk mail. We switched to PitneyShip for in-house mail and found an amazing solution to centralize our mailing needs among our regional offices.

Easy and great way to save time when shipping or mailing right from the office. Definitely would recommend and love using the product.

Pros

It is easy to use and can be done right at my computer. The time it saves to mail our letters and other items has made such an impact on our company. Directions are easy to use and customer service has been helpful when I have had to contact them for questions when we first started using it.

Cons

At the moment we have a machine that requires the stamps to be printed from a copier. It takes additional time to get completed but an upgrade on equipment is needed on our end.

I have been using PitneyShip for a little over 3 years now, and it has been great. Saves me so much time on not having to stand in line at the post office.

Pros

Getting the discount on shipping is the best, but the simple design and use of the website is great.

Cons

The thing I like least is having to do a double login and having to login every time I go to the website, Because I use the same computer every time, It should leave me logged in.

Great experience, I used to have to do a lot of return receipts at the post office and I no longer need to do those.

Pros

Very easy to use and I love being able to just drop of the items I am mailing. I like being able to get mail out quickly.

Cons

Because of the way my company is set up, I have to reload money every $200.00 and given the volume of mail, that can be a pain.

International shipping I not use to it but some question are hard to answer with guidance to reference to.

I think PitneyShip is a very essential in office mailing. Anxious to see what new things PitneyShip will come up in the future.

Pros

The ease of printing myself and not having to go to the Post Office. The site is very user friendly,

Cons

Do not have any cons, but I would like to have the smaller stamps. Where there was 25 stamps per page as compared to 20.

Pros

Convenience, and I don't have to travel anywhere to by stamps

Cons

Stamp sheets get wasted because they don't print properly

Overall things work well could be better we would like to speak with a person and stop the recording calls.

Pros

Purchasing stamps and how it works very smoothly without having to go to the Post Office

Cons

I do not like that when you pay online the day your invoice is due you charge a late fee. If we pay a week in advance it is fine but the due date, we are charged a late fee of 40.00. Call to discuss it with your office we only get a tape recording nothing else.

I highly recommend Pitney Ship to increase efficiency.

Pros

That all employees who send mail are able to use. It has saved us money.

Cons

The only cons is sometime the printer connection is lost.
