Overall: My overall experience with Confer With has been super positive, I have managed to secure a huge amount of sales using it and my conversion rate is always high in relation to the video calls I have.
Pros: I enjoy Confer With's sharing feature the most, it really helps when describing product information to a customer as I can visually present these selling points to the customer as I am speaking about them. I also like the add to basket feature as I can help place the discussed items in the customers website basket meaning they never forget what we were talking about making them more likely to purchase.
Cons: The only thing I think that I like the least would probably be the product information sharing feature, this is only because I tend to not really use this as I typically would have already described everything that is written there to the customer myself.

Overall: ConferWith enables Hughes to provide the same level of customer service and experience to our online customers as we do in our stores. ConferWith have offered excellent customer service; listening to our feedback and developing their product with their customers in mind.
Pros: In call features allowing advisers to demostrate additional and supporting products. Ability for in-store advisers to be mobile to show products from the shop floor over live video call.
Cons: Reporting dashboard could be improved with more granular information for better analysis. Call recording would be useful.
"One of the closest things to an instore experience without going instore"
Overall: We started using Confer With to provide an online instore experience as a result of increased web shopping during the Covid pandemic when people were much more cautious about visiting stores. I have only been using the product since October 2022 but have found the product to provide a smooth platform to offer the closest possible experience to a customer coming into store, being able to demonstrate the product, to offer the full range of services that we were able to offer as a retailer. When there have been technical issues, I have always found the technical support team quick to respond and resolve these issues. They are also good at keeping in touch with their clients, we have a weekly video call with our account manager to provide feedback on performance, discuss updates to the platform etc. If there have been any ideas that we may have to improve the product, these have always willingly been taken to Confer With to see if they might be feasible. So all in all I have found using Confer With to be a pleasant experience from both a retailer and a customer perspective.
Pros: Confer With is a good all-round product that makes assisting potential online customers to receive the same product knowledge and customer journey that they would receive in a visit to a physical store. The great thing is that because the platform is web based, it can be used on all computer devices, and also has an Androids and iOS compatible app so you can use it anywhere you have an internet connection. Working for a specialist retailer, I liked the fact that the platform is fully customised to that retailer's image, meaning that the customer gets the full 'corporate image' rather than a generic image. The options to be able to offer additions and alternative products easily from the search functions and build added value into the customer's basket is great, and then they can just transfer this to their own basket on the retailer website and checkout. Pure simplicity.
Cons: Although the product is well built and easy to use, there are some functions that can make life a bit difficult. Several times I have had customers come through on calls where there has been no sound or video, but this is most likely a customer not allowing access... they can hear and see you but not the other way around. The search facility in the platform does leave a little bit to be desired. If you know exactly what you are looking for then it is a great tool, but if you only know what features you are looking for and want a selection of products with those then you need to look elsewhere to be able to narrow it down. Again with the alternatives tab, I found it a bit limiting with the alternatives provided.

Pros: The software is easy to use, customers can ask questions and see our range from the comfort of there own homes.
Cons: None to date, if there is something that needs looking into they are always on the hall straight away.

Pros: I find the video really helpful, showing our products in real time and being able to access all of our retail offering in one call. Offering a customer an in store experience virtually, allowing us to give an ultimate customer experience.
Cons: Any issues that have arisen have been fixed quickly to offer the best experience for the user and the customer.
