Have been using another hire software package for 16 years, so we know our way around and what we needed, however it wasn't cloud based so needed to change. Signed up with cloud rent and paid 2 years up front but quickly realized it fell short from what we were promised. We found it very difficult to use. Unfortunately, no refund was offered after only a few months of use. An expensive lesson learnt.

Pros

Cloud based. Not much more to like about it based on our experience.

Cons

Very difficult to navigate. very clunky and cumbersome to use. Poor back up service.
