It is refreshing to have a hardware vendor that is reliable, transparent, easy to work with, responsive, and operates with integrity. Their hardware pricing is also the best I have worked with to date.

Pros

The onboarding experience was very thorough, organized, and made it easy to get started. They were also flexible with our contract terms which is hard to find.

Cons

They are not located in all countries we currently have employees but they are consistently expanding and have now got us 98% covered.

Onboarding any new system is challenging and Workwize was no different in that regard. We are only scratching the surface of the true potential of workwize for our organization. Once we get there, it will be a wonder how we ever survived without it.

Pros

As a global company, Workwize helps us take care of the needs of our employees no matter where we're located. We can support people all over the world from our IT hub in Berlin, Germany. Before Workwize, we were spending a lot of time creating shipping labels, finding boxes, and dealing with all of the other logistics of onboarding and offboarding employees. I'm very happy to have that all taken care of in a centralized system.

Cons

Workwize is still getting on their feet. There are(in my opinion) many improvements to be made to the platform. I would counter that by saying there there have been regular improvements, even in the short time we've been working with Workwize. Onboarding with the platform was challenging. I attribute this mostly with the timeframe we had(over the Christmas holiday season. It took several weeks to get items added to the catalog. Providers have had delays in getting people equipment with no updates in the workwize platform about what is happening. There is no link between a Workwize order number and a supplier order number. This is problematic because when a computer is added to Apple Business Manager, I don't know which person the was ordered for. It also takes quite some time to get serial numbers added to Workwize.

Our experience with Workwize was subpar. We had high expectations based on the sales calls and were met with pretty frequent disappointment. Almost a year later and we still face similar issues. Using these services in the EU, Australia and India has been stressful.

Pros

Our account rep and the people we worked with from Workwize were all great. The service worked well in the US.

Cons

Implementation time took longer than anticipated. Hardware delivery and collection outside of the US is not reliable enough. Constant delays and uncertainty based on the information provided in the portal. Friendly account rep has very little influence to get things done and can seem as frustrated as us at times.

Has been really good overall. We searched for a long time for a suitable solution and they were just the fit. Nice to see how they have grown in terms of size and service provisions and be part of it from the start. \[sensitive content hidden\] is a great guy to deal with all round and everyone is super helpful!

Pros

Super user-friendly platform. They occupy quite a niche field in the procurement world and suit our EOR needs perfectly. They have a wide scope of products in a wide scope of territories. Where they fall short, they are always open to improving and accommodating our needs.

Cons

A couple of teething issues over the last 12-24 months with a few issues with some orders. I have however been satisfied with the outcome and solutions and implementations to avoid the same issues recurring! Some end issues with their suppliers also have an impact on us - issues have been there, but not major, and well resolved. Part and parcel of a startup of this global nature.

Even if there are some UX issues and bugs sometimes, the overall idea and the support is great! Keep it going!

Pros

Workwize solves it for you when it comes to hardware management. All necessary funcktiolanities are built in and available.

Cons

The platform still lacks a few important UX features, but the team seems to work on it and solve them as we go.

We've swapped from working with three vendors across the globe to one singular place, which made it easier for our team, finance, and others to get timely updates on hardware orders, repairs, and offboarding

Pros

A unified platform to handle the full hardware lifecycle plus an incredibly responsive team that takes feedback and feature requests into serious and quick consideration. Great auto-offboarding feature that makes me not have to think about it.

Cons

As of 2025-01-28, limited auto-onboarding features and an API that could be more expanded. Limited geos for offboarding.

In general, the service delivers what it promises. With only very few or zero issues, an IT admin can manage his/her inventory with ease and deliver the equipment to his/her colleagues on time.

Pros

It's easy to use, with minimal handling from IT admins. Deliveries are on time, and cost-savings stack up when sending abroad.

Cons

Lots of features to implement. Small price overhead when purchasing through WorkWize.

Reason for choosing Workwize

It's not Hoffen, it's Hofy, but it doesn't exist on the choices. Because of the pricing and the customer support.

It took some time to implement this solution due to size of our company and number of internal users with work assets, however the Workwize support team was always available for us and responsive. They have listened to our wishes and rolled out new features nearly every week, some are still in progress but we are positive those to will be ready for us soon. We are already seeing fruits of our labor, since nearly all our new assets are now ordered via Workwize and IT Team has drastically reduced time which was wasted on procuring the assets and its setup.

Pros

Streamlining our hardware processes, simplifying employee on/offboarding experience and unburdening the IT team from logistical planning and ordering of assets.

Cons

Platform is still in the development mode, here and there we experience bugs or UI is not yet optimized to end user needs. I wish there would be option to have more custom roles within the platform in order to manage offices and limit admins with specific tasks.

Really good, I would recommend it to company's that are growing and need help with their asset management.

Pros

Workwize can handle the full end user product cycle, from ordering hardware, automated delivery and offboarding. We are also using Workwize as our full asset management. Its a full suit!

Cons

The delivery times were not fully transparent, now its improving with their new tracking method available on the site.

After providing feedback to Workwize, they were quick to listen and adjust the product and service accordingly. I appreciate their flexibility and responsiveness.

Pros

As a small business in the US tied to a larger company in Europe, we struggled with how to handle the onboarding and offboarding of employees located throughout the US. While we have in office in NYC, we didn't have any one person dedicated to the collection of equipment or distribution of new devices. We looked for over six months to find a company that could meet our needs and we believe we've found that in Workwize. We like that they handle the physical and digital cleaning of devices and distribution to new employees.

Cons

As one of the first companies that Workwize has partnered with in the US, we felt the growing pains of entering a new market. Little things like Euros vs. Dollars and Date formats and addresses weren't configured for Americans. We also didn't like that the emails sent didn't render well on mobile devices (designed for larger PC screens). Most everything has been solved. The one wish we still have is for expediated delivery of devices...and I have to believe this one is coming. When someone's device crashes or is lost, I'd like to pay for the option to overnight a new device rather than wait a couple of days for one to be sent.

Overall it's been great, from the nice initial demos and sales experience to onboarding. Initial orders did have some issues, but I felt looked after by the team there, and they were doing everything they could to help at every point.

Pros

I love that we can now ship and recover devices all over the world with relative ease, particularly the recovery of devices is a game changer for us.

Cons

The use as a device asset register is lacking key features like device history.

It has been wonderful, I have enjoyed a lot of it. Using the site is super easy with not many problems associated and has overall relieved a lot of stress with onboarding offboarding that we experienced prior to using workwize.

Pros

The simplicity and easy flowing process that they have is really awesome, while using the application although there are some hiccups at times, it is very easy to navigate and a much needed fix to a lot of the issues we had prior to using Workwize.

Cons

I dont think there is much I would say for what I like least. Maybe having a more broadened catalogue for certain regions but that is even something that can be fixed. Not sure there is much I dislike

We are now fully operational on Workwize and recently onboarded two new hires through their services. Overall, we’re pleased with the experience and are looking to expand our account to support additional hires.

Pros

Our Workwize account representative has been excellent—always responsive and helpful. The tech team collaborated with us to set up our unit provisioning process within Workwize’s delivery services.

Cons

As expected with this type of service, the setup process took a few weeks to become fully operational, but we had no issues along the way.
