Been using this software since I started with national and love it easy to manage and change rate pricing and features as a manager it's nice to be able to have easy control over these things.

Pros

I love that it is user friendly and works well with synchronization with Noke.

Cons

small issues with features. Examples not able to send text link to sign through there phone anymore only email option works. New text link to pay option doesn't get sent either.

Adopting the Tenant ecosystem has streamlined our rental process. Incoming tenants are able to quickly sign up online and the information is seamlessly translated to our web portal. Our staff members have an all-in-one platform for managing their units and our facility owners can easily export the reports they need at their convenience.

Pros

How seamlessly their software and web platforms communicate. It makes online rentals and office work very smooth.

Cons

A mobile phone app would be very convenient for managers. Also, developing an in-software calendar would be next level!

We switched off of SiteLink because we were having problems with our gate integrating with their systems and the limited tools for messaging tenants. StorEdge ended up being cost prohibitive and the web portal was slow at random times.

It has been nice using this user friendly system.

Pros

Ability to email and text tenant from system.

Cons

Not being able to automatically generate move out document during move out process. Would like to see pinned notes pop up when going into tenant's profile. Would like to see a pop up when tasks are due.

Tenant has been a game changer for our organization; adding features we've requested and needed for years. They listen to their customers and include our feedback in what they build out in their product. It is nice to know that we are on a platform that improves over time and will make our organization better.

Pros

Tenant Inc is forward looking and always releasing new features that help owners better run their business and serve their customers. Their roadmap ahead aligns with where the industry is going and is not just focused on meeting owners needs today.

Cons

It took a while to get used to the reporting but since they've made recent improvements, they are better than what we've had in the past.

What I like most about Tenant is the support. From utilizing zendesk to the knowledge base.

I wish new features were released quicker, but overall my favorite software to use!

### "Extremely poor experience"

Terrible. Customer service took days to respond to errors during integration and set-up. It took over 3 months for a working system to be presented to us, but it was full of errors. The automated system repeatedly sent erroneous emails demanding payment for tenants and even sent lien enforcement letters to current customers. The employees who were helping us were very unconcerned about the time it took to set the system up and running or the massive amounts of errors that occurred.

Pros

I was hopeful for this software and all its features.

Cons

Integration was a disaster, and customer service was worse. We had to buy out our contract to end it, even though they never produced the promised product.

Pros

It's user friendly interface. The ability to find everything and anything you could possibly need to ensure a move-in or to complete everyday management tasks. It really does get better & better with every update.

Cons

There are some systematic errors or bugs that occur.. but the support folks solve the issues quicker than one would think.
