E' di facile utilizzo e molto facile per i fruitori, sia nell'installazione che nell'uso pratico.

Cons

Qualcosa si potrebbe migliorare per quel che riguarda la creazione dei corsi, in quanto non è possibile modificare un singolo corso e inserirlo più volte nella giornata, con un numero chiuso di iscirtti diverso, ogni volta, per cui bisogna creare corsi con lo stesso nome ma con un numero di iscritti diverso.

Irrinunciabile per il mio club

Da gestore del club, grazie al sistema automatico delle prenotazioni dei corsi di gruppo a numero chiuso, ho risparmiato molto tempo e fatica. La sezione dedicata alle schede di allenamento è anch'essa semplice ed intuitiva sia per noi amministratori sia per gli utenti. E poi, possibilità di vendere online, gestione dei gruppi di allenamento, report sulle prenotazioni, comunicazione rapida con tutti i tesserati, database con gli esercizi base e possibilità di aggiungere qualunque esercizio con videodescrizione. Ormai è un'applicazione essenziale

Forse solo un poco la parte grafica nel pannello di amministrazione, seppur funzionale, sarebbe esteticamente migliorabileI

Molto positiva, anche l'assistenza è sempre puntuale in caso di domande.

La semplicità di utilizzo, sia da parte mia che dei miei clienti e la varietà di servizi proposti anche se al momento ne utilizzo un numero limitato. Utilissimo poter inviare News a tutti i clienti e messaggi personali o a gruppi selezionati di Utenti.

Cons

Il fatto che il calendario corsi sia fisso e vada avanti di settimana in settimana. Da gestore sarebbe comodo poter annullare la prenotazione x esempio del corso di lunedì prossimo senza dover annullare il corso del lunedì in generale. Mi è capitato di disabilitare la prenotazione di un corso x via di chiusure o altro e poi scordarmi di ripristinarla e accorgermene solo quando i clienti mi segnalavano che nn riuscivano a prenotarsi.

Ho fatto una ricerca online e il rapporto tra prezzo e recensioni positive mi ha convinto a scegliere Gymmy. Inizialmente mi occorreva un software semplice da usare x la prenotazione degli accessi durante la pandemia.. in un secondo momento ho scoperto tante altre funzioni disponibili che penso di utilizzare la prossima stagione, come l'acquisto in-app.

Gymmy ci ha semplificato la gestione degli iscritti. E' intuitiva, facile da istallare e ci ha permesso di tenere sotto controllo l'intera situazione gestionale. I ragazzi dell'assistenza di Gymmy, sono sempre molto disponibili, simpatici e veloci nel risolvere qualsiasi difficoltà che icontriamo.

Abbiamo aperto da poco il nuovo studio e, al momento quello che stiamo sfruttando dell'app, è soddisfacente .

Pros

Nel complesso funzionalità, gestione del prodotto, e facilità di azione, sono le caratteristiche che mi hanno portato prima a provare l'app, e poco dopo a fare upgrade.

Cons

Sicuramente migliorerei l'app destinata al cellulare, in quanto spesso, delle azioni verrebbero in automatico, da fare attraverso l'uso del cellulare

abbiamo una palestra con sala pesi e sala corsi. ci siamo trovati obbligati ad utilizzare un app per controllare gli ingressi nel periodo del covid e dopo aver cercato un po' in internet, abbiamo scelto gymmy e non solo non ci siamo pentiti ma pur non essendo piu' obbligatorio, continuiamo ad usarlo perche' ci permette di organizzare al meglio il lavoro ad un costo assolutamente contenuto e giustificato dalle prestazioni.

mi è piaciuto molto che sia di gestione semplice e utilizzabile da chiunque

direi che non ho lamentele, mi piace e mi trovo bene con tutto

L'utilizzo di questa applicazione ha semplificato la mia permanenza nella palestra, le prenotazioni sono a portata di click e le schede di allenamento con tempi di recupero, video e descrizione mi hanno agevolato l'esecuzione degli esercizi. In più contando abbonamenti in app, certificati medico e molto altro la ritengo un'applicazione molto molto completa
