l'écran permet une communication plus dynamique et plus vivante mais l'utilisation du portail documentaire semble restreinte aux salariés ayant une appétence pour l'outil

Pros

Le système de navigation est assez simple à prendre en main et intuitif - l'interface est plutôt agréable - la part de personnalisation est assez importante - la création de l'arborescence est simple

Cons

la création des modèles Néomaker est très complexe et n'est pas aboutie : nombreux beugs, impossibilité de rogner les photos, mise en page difficile à faire, ... le service clients n'est pas suffisamment réactif : nécessité de relancer plusieurs fois pour obtenir une réponse ; problèmes d'affichage, par exemple, les affiches cinéma qui un jour sur deux n'apparaissent pas ; pas de solution trouvée pour le détecteur de présence

le choix s'est porté sur le prix et la pertinence de la présentation commerciale - et l'unique prestataire à nous proposer un capteur de présence (même si au final, il n'y a à ce jour, toujours pas de programme permettant son utilisation!)

Nous travaillons avec cette solution depuis plus de 10 ans, et la stabilité du produit pour notre utilisation en fait un incontournable.

Cons

Difficile de répondre pour notre utilisation. Si il faut un point faible, je ne vois que Windows.
