It's easy to upload images, generate different types of heatmaps, and see where people's attention is most likely to go. It uses predictive AI and big data to simulate where human beings are going to look. For example, text and human faces will appear brighter in the heatmap. It's perfect for advertisements, web designs, or anything else you'd like to test before going live. This allows you to test whether or not your presumptions about a design are accurate. It gives you real data to work with, rather than your own personal feelings and the feelings of your colleagues. Cons Not much to complain about. When they first launched it was a bit difficult to figure out what I was supposed to do, but they've improved the user flow since then. 1) Upload image. 2) Generate a heatmap. It's straightforward. Door de browser plug-in kun je heel makkelijk heatmaps maken van je eigen website en die van je concurrenten. Het doet het erg goed om in meetings met het C-level snel een heatmap te maken van de concurrent. Het zorgt direct voor frisse ideeën bij iedereen! Cons De software laat alleen zien wat visuele attentie krijgt. Visuele attentie zijn dus niet per se kliks. Mensen die ik spreek, verwarren dat nog wel eens met elkaar. Ze denken dat er veel kliks komen als het veel visuele attentie heeft, maar dat is niet zo. Context is dus echt wel key voor deze tool.
