Non ho mai partecipato a corsi di formazione riguardo al utilizzo del gestionale mi è stato tutto passato tramite colleghi. Avrei avuto e ho tutto ora piacere di avere un minimo di formazione riguardo all'utilizzo di Gescop e alle sue funzionalità. Pros Il fato che il gestionale abbia una memoria storica in molti casi ha aiutato. Cons L'elaborazione delle giornaliere (delle ore lavorate) diventa difficile nel momento in cui non hai sotto mano una distribuzione oraria da contratto per eventuali controlli.
