I'd be lost without it. It is exactly what any growing business needs to really help manage the CRM and sales cycles. Pros The customer service at Event boss is second to none. If I had a problem the sales team would ring me within the hour and have it resolved in a matter of hours. They would update the software and make it fit my needs. Great service with a great product. Cons If I am being extremely critical, I think the event boss could be a big more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It would also be better if it could run a booking system for phone calls and meetings and set reminders and alarms.
