Problems with account connection. Uses customer support help for 3 of 4 connected accounts and loses a lot of time for that.Unfortunately, we have some strange situations, when Expandi charges for 7 users while we use just 4. Again, we've added 4 users, and they charge for 7. I've asked to do the refund and promise to put that money in our account as a payment for next month. Next month expandi charges again for 7 seats while we use just 4. I've spent too much time communicating with support in both situations and 0 results. For me, it looks like financial fraud from their side. Pros I was really impressed by Expandi when start to used it. The interface looks really good. Pros We've been using this platform for a while now and we're really impressed with the customer support and service we've received. The team is always willing to help us figure out the best practices and make the most of the many features and capabilities available. But for Expandi that is not the case. Pros If all the features Expandi claims to have were available and worked properly, it truly would be an awesome tool. So I liked most their promises, which sadly were not fulfilled. Cons The homepage says it's "reliable" but it's not. The campaign just gets stuck and does not work, the support can't help and doesn't even know why the issue appeared. If you pay in full for the subscription and you stop it mid-billing period to avoid automatic payment and continuing the subscription to the next billing period, the tool just hides all your campaigns data and stops them. So essentially you don't get what you paid for, while the billing period you paid for is still in progress. The documentation seems fine at the first glance, but when you start to really use the tool and it's features, you will learn that a lot of details are not described, support does not know the details too, and the worst part- the support will not even try to understand your request and issue, but instead will throw the docs links to you which do not help and sometimes are not even relevant to your request. That's when you are a paid plan user and pay 99$ a month.Many important features do not work properly or do not work at all. Setting the use of variables is a nightmare even if you follow the docs, condition blocks can just make campaign leads stuck and not move further to any branch, in other words your campaign will not be working at all.
