They're adding more functionality and improving the system everyday. They really care about their customers. You're not just a $ sign to them. They really strive to support you in getting your system up and running and continue to support you once it is. And the price can't be beat. For $97 per month, most users will get all they need out of the system. For larger companies they also have higher tiers but they're not much more expensive and like I said, most users will find the $97 plan more than enough for their needs. Pros Gold Star Pro saves me soooo much money in time. It's the only software I use in my business outside of niche specific software. It really covers everything from CRM, to course and membership hosting, email, forms and documents, social media and so much more. Their customer service is AMAZING!!!! 24/7 support not to mention daily coaching calls an academy that teaches you how to use the software. I absolutely love Gold Star Pro and I can't imagine my business without it. I'd tried multiple other platforms in the past including Kajabi, Wordpress, Podia, Squarespace and more and I researched a ton before I signed up with Gold Star Pro. I'm so glad I did. 2 Years later and I love the platform more every day. Cons It's such a robust system that it can be a little overwhelming when you first sign up. They're amazing support and onboarding process more than makes up for it. The \[sensitive content hidden\] of the company is incredibly kind and very engaging with the users, so I definitely root for their future success.I ended up having to stop using Gold Star Pro because it couldn't handle everything I wanted/needed it to do. My recommendation to the team would be to focus on one key piece of their product, maximize its potential then expand to the next portion. Right now it feels like they are doing too much at once and it is limiting them.
