Their warehouse management system is still maturing, but their customer support is top notch. They respond quickly to inquiries and are always eager to help. I had an issue that required a complex workaround and their support team (in particular \[sensitive content hidden\]) was able to help me troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. They were always available and eager to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable about their product. My take on their team is that they are building a product for the customer with a personal stake in mind. They really do invest the time to make sure that you have all of your questions answered and needs addressed. They created a system that is easy to use and intuitive, making it a great choice for businesses of any size. Overall, I highly recommend this system and the team behind it. The support staff/customer service is great. They make me feel like I am their priority and always take their time to help. There is not a lot of fluff to the software. Every feature is useable and it is not a complicated system to use. Pros What I like best is the interface is very easy to navigate and use. All the data is necessary to the job and the support staff is very helpful. I can manage all inbound railcars and trucks, along with their inventory, then the outbound process. I cannot speak highly enough of the tools and how well the software was built to make it easy to navigate. Cons The features are really good. When I have issues, it is typically on my end. The support team is really good about walking me through the process I missed or did not complete. Reasons for choosing Transloads.co The price was much better than the competitors. Also, there are not a lot of specialized software for the transload industry. Once I was able to demo the product with Adam, I knew this was spot-on for what I needed.
