So we moved everything to one central location with this. Since it integrates with SharePoint it’s good that we don’t have to keep moving files back and forth. They have some sort of “Gamification” points reward system, however I really don’t understand how to use it. Pros I’m sitting at my desk working on this as fast as I can to get it done by my 3 pm stand up. I am glad it did not break when we launched it to all the retail teams. Their AI seems pretty ok. Cons The time zone thing is a pain because they’re in France and we’re over here. Why can’t I simply pick a different color scheme on a challenge page rather than having the system choose something based on an image I upload, it looks ugly most of the time. Now people think I'm actively an expert on LinkedIn. I'm just glad that it takes care of the Scheduling so I can concentrate on my real job. It has many templates and so we can customize easily. Pros It's easy to get it working since you only have to do it once then everything else gets posted to your LinkedIn account. Which is cool I suppose. I don't really care about social media and I'm busy outside freezing my hands off doing a 3D scanning project. It writes the caption alright. I'm just happy that it posts our company news without breaking. The customer support is good and it improves team collaboration. Cons I cannot switch pictures as fast as I would like for the link preview without closing the entire page which is very frustrating. Every single time that an e-mail says "go take a look at Haiilo," I have to log in all over again. Since it is integrated into Teams I do not have to constantly switch between windows which is great for my focus. It allows me to appear as though I am actively networked even when I am sitting in my squeaky office chair. I can post a months worth of content and then completely forget that the platform exists for a long time. Pros The way you post your content is just to select items you want to post and it automatically posts to the profile. Honestly I did think the integration would cause me nightmares but it worked perfectly the first time out of the box. When there are updates in the content, it will send you an email so you do not have to manually search for them. There is also a score system in place however I could care less about the leader board portion of the application. Cons One problem I do have is the 24 hour limit per day. This limit is ridiculous and needs to be removed. It does not have an app version for my phone either. Occasionally it asks for some odd permissions on my LinkedIn profile and I have no idea why it needs to be able to delete anything.
