a3factura is a cloud-based, Spanish-language program for the issuance of budgets and invoices, as well as various administrative documentation and warehouse control. It is aimed at SMEs and entrepreneurs in Spain and can be connected to an external consultancy, speeding up the procedures. It incorporates the TicketBAI option, which is necessary to comply with the new regulations on commercial relations with the Basque Government. It allows the preparation of customer statistics and controls payments and collections. a3factura makes it possible to connect with a business advisor and issue all documents online.

Buena por lo general, el soporte es bueno y están en constante desarrollo de todos sus programas.

Pros

El software es útil, es bastante seguro seguro si se configura de forma adecuada y es facil de usar.Quizás en esta época donde todo se está moviendo a la automatización automática de documentos, conviene valorar si es necesario el software. Para pymes es perfecto. Tiene muchos módulos de integración con otros software.

Cons

Los módulos de integración con otro software, requieren permisos de administrador local, por lo que tendrás que habilitarlo en cada equipo de usuario final.

Muy amena, las pequeñas dudas que han surgido han sido resueltas por el equipo post venta sin problemas

Pros

Su integración con A3Eco y la facilidad que le brinda al gestor de poder conectarse en tiempo real con lo que está haciendo el cliente y permite prestar mejor servicio

Cons

Le falta mejorar alguna funcionalidad, al haber nacido para autónomos hay cositas que se quedan cortas para sociedades. Pero ha mejora mucho en poco tiempo

En líneas generales, el programa va muy bien. Mis clientes que lo están usando (somos una asesoría que estamos implantando el programa a los clientes) no están teniendo problemas, les está facilitando el trabajo a la hora de facturar y los feedback son muy buenos, pero hay pequeños detalles a pulir y mejorar.

Pros

El programa va muy bien, está bien pensando, es intuitivo y muy fácil de utilizar, pero necesita mejorar en pequeños detalles que se perciben cuando se trabaja con el programa

Cons

Pequeños detalles en el uso diario, como que cuando selecciones un cliente al que facturar debería posicionarse primero en la selección de clientes ya existentes. Se posiciona en nuevo cliente y tienes que ir con mayúsculas/tabulador o con el ratón al campo anterior, para poder seleccionar un cliente La posibilidad de dar por cobradas varias facturas emitidas de un mismo cliente, que no vengan de una remesa

La atención postventa excelente, siempre dispuestos a brindar las soluciones necesarias y la funcionalidad de la herramienta es muy buena

Pros

El enlace con A3Eco es su mayor beneficio, su facilidad de uso también

Cons

Se pueden mejorar muchas de las funciones, está un poco limitado para la gestión de pymes, pero me consta que han estado trabajando en mejorar las herramientas y confío en que lo seguirán haciendo

Es muy sencillo de implementar y utilizar.

Cons

A veces aparecen fallos, especialmente en cuanto a códigos postales en el extranjero o la imposibilidad de escribir el VAT en lugar del CIF.

La facilidad de preparar facturas nos ha ahorrado tiempo.

Pros

La facilidad para dar de alta clientes y proveedores, y para preparar las facturas.

Cons

Al preparar las facturas, si la guardas y ves que te equivocaste en algo, tienes que cerrar la pestaña y volver a abrirla para poder actualizar los datos, sino da error al volver a guardar.

Un software muy util, seguro y facil de utilizar, con el que sustituir el excel (que siempre por confianza a veces nos hace provocar errores ) y que ademas siempre lo puedes usar en cualquier sitio. Fantastico.
