La prise en main se fait rapidement. Suite à un problème de compréhension sur les fonctionnalités, j'ai pris la version payante, mais le service client à rapidement répondu à ma demande de rétractation. J'aime beaucoup ce logiciel, je me tâte à lâcher prise sur mon envie d'avoir des documents à mon image. C'est dommage il manque vraiment que ça pour me satisfaire. Pros La facilité d'utilisation, la clarté, Les fonctionnalités, Le beau design, Le service clientèle très réactif, Le moins chère ! Cons La publicité qui indique la personnalisation des documents dont les devis / factures mais ce n'est pas le cas malheureusement car c'était le point que je recherche désespérément. On remarque que c’est aspect a dû être au centre de la conception. Préparer des devis et factures est simple. Le suivi des devis et factures est clair et n’a besoin d’aucune manipulation particulière. J’adore le récapitulatif pour la déclaration avec Urssaf qui me donne le montant en in clic pour chaque mois. Si on a besoin uniquement d’une comptabilité simple, ce logiciel est parfait. Le service client est au top. J’ai eu un souci avec des fichiers rattachés où j’ai eu un message d’erreur de taille mais mon fichier était largement en dessous de la limite. Le service client a remonté le souci avec les développeurs est c’était résolu en un jour ouvrable. Cons Dans la version gratuite, les coordonnées bancaires ne s’impriment pas facilement sur les devis et factures. Je ne suis pas encore sûr que la facture est conforme pour la facturation électronique, ayant eu des problèmes de lecture avec Chorus mais cela aurait pu être une erreur de la part de l’utilisateur. J'ai toutes les informations dont j'ai besoin en un coup d'oeil, ce qui me prenait un temps infini avant.J'ai testé d'autres application de gestion financière et facturation avant et celle-ci est vraiment plus performante et complète, même pour la version gratuite. Pourvu que ça dure :) L'utilisation de la plateforme est simple et l'UX bien pensée. Pros Ancien utilisateur de Quickbook, qui quitte la France, Altoviz est la meilleure alternative pour effectuer la facturation et le suivi de trésorerie. Pour un indépendant, ce type de plateforme est indispensable pour éviter de se perdre dans la gestion quotidienne. De plus, l'interface est simple et intuitive et la saisie d'informations facile. La migration d'une plateforme à l'autre se fait sans couture. Cons IL reste des fonctionnalités manquantes, mais qui sont sur la roadmap.
