It worked like it said it would. Pros The price is very low. It gives affiliates a lot of abilities and customizations. It has a lot of options and customizations for merchants also. Cons This software is probably too powerful for its own good. When I first used it, it was overwhelming. After switching vendors, I realized I should have just learned it at the price point. Probably they need to maintain so many features, there are bugs in the software, for example there was a problem about sales auto verification for the affiliate. 2. Highly customizable, one of the most complex affiliate management software out there. Their customer support is super quick and knowledgeable. I saw a few bad reviews about customer support. I think they develop each day, so their team handles requests much better these days. Pros We are running an affiliate program directory, and we have a manual process. When we decided to create our own affiliate program, we searched for a software that can match our custom needs. GoAffPro provides that solution. Coupons are crucial for us to track online and offline leads. Their coupons are exactly what we need. Their MLM features can be set extensively. Their support is simply amazing. They always go above and beyond every time we have an extra custom request. Cons We are satisfied with everything so far. This program has many more features than other standard Affiliate Programs. The party plan makes this program a star! Cons We have not used it enough to have any major issues. There have been a few hiccups on features that we did not completely understand. However, Customer Service was able to explain the process and how to work around it with in 24 hours. We got all we needed from the app. Pros We needed an individual configuration, and I was surprised and happy that this app could follow all my ideas on low cost and professional way. Also the translation of the app is great, which is important, since we use it in non English countries. We needed support for the instalation since we never used similar app before. Pros I know this sounds too good to be an organic review, but it is. Over the course of the last two years I have simply become an immense fan of GoAffPro. We use it as affiliate for several merchants and the product itself is so easy to handle that none of my customers hat any problems installing the plugin and managing their account. The transparency is better than any other affiliate managing software I've seen to date. But the best thing is the service of the GoAffPro team. These guys are spectacular! Come with any problem and they will not only have solutions ready for most of them but go to extreme lengths to solving the rest. I'm very impressed and will and do recommend GoAffPro to any of my contacts. Cons I would love GoAffPro to be compatible with more shop systems like Gambio and such so we can switch all our customers over. I was worried that we wouldn't resolve the issue we had on our site, but they kept giving us support until it worked and now here we are sharing the knowledge! Pros It's completely free has great features for any store. Best feature is you can use their auto apply 'coupon code' from a ref link! Try to get that in a plug-in anywhere, you are going to pay $400 or use 2-3 plug-ins on Woocommerce, alone. This saved our life, love it, support team even helped us fix an issue on our site, did it quick and for free! You can't beat it. If you're reading this, download, try, you won't regret it. Cons Sometimes the site doesn't load but if you refresh it'll kick in, that's the only con but could be a server issue, it is NOT CHEAP to host all of this for free. So I can live with it for all the upsides to it so far, this is amazing. They were too slow to resolve issues. Otherwise, great software that increased our sales through affiliates. Pros I love how easy it is to manage affiliate sales and progress in one place. It really helps when it comes to making informed business decisions. Having affiliates has also increased our sales which has been wonderful. Cons The customer service is not great. They can definitely improve their response time.
