This is, without question, the worst transcription application I have ever used. Despite numerous attempts to use the application, the transcription results have been nothing short of deplorable, riddled with persistent errors and inaccuracies that render the service entirely unusable for my needs. Frankly, the application has failed miserably to deliver the performance promised in your advertising, falling far short of any reasonable expectations. Pros Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be considered a good thing. The transcription is terrible. Cons I feel cheated because I paid it, but the refund time is too short (only 7 days). This is, without question, the worst transcription application I have ever used.
