As a paying subscriber, I am beyond frustrated with the consistently deplorable quality and utterly unacceptable accuracy of the transcription services, particularly for recordings in Brazilian Portuguese. This is, without question, the worst transcription application I have ever used. Despite numerous attempts to use the application, the transcription results have been nothing short of deplorable, riddled with persistent errors and inaccuracies that render the service entirely unusable for my needs. Frankly, the application has failed miserably to deliver the performance promised in your advertising, falling far short of any reasonable expectations.

Pros

Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be considered a good thing. The transcription is terrible.

Cons

I feel cheated because I paid it, but the refund time is too short (only 7 days). This is, without question, the worst transcription application I have ever used.

My overall experience with Transkriptor has been very positive. It’s incredibly convenient to generate accurate summaries afterward, which helps me follow up with clients quickly and efficiently.

Pros

I can easily connect my calendar, and the system automatically joins all my meetings to record them. Afterward, I can quickly generate summaries to follow up with clients effortlessly.

Cons

The main problem I faced is the lack of integration for CRM systems, as this limits the ability to seamlessly manage client data and follow-up actions within existing workflows.

I have been using Transkriptor for over a year. It is excellent for transcribing meetings into my language. Additionally, it has a practical and intuitive control panel to keep all audio, videos, and transcriptions well organized.

Pros

Supports Multiple Languages – Allows transcription in various languages, making it versatile for different users.
