Pros It's fast and efficient, I used it to transcript before - even with the free version - and the quality is top tier. Cons With the free trial, I had the English language but I'm from Italy and the audio file was in Italian. The transcriptor translated it in English, so it was a bit hard to translate back! Professor Education Management Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Unacceptable accuracy of the transcription" July 21, 2025 1.0 As a paying subscriber, I am beyond frustrated with the consistently deplorable quality and utterly unacceptable accuracy of the transcription services, particularly for recordings in Brazilian Portuguese. This is, without question, the worst transcription application I have ever used. Despite numerous attempts to use the application, the transcription results have been nothing short of deplorable, riddled with persistent errors and inaccuracies that render the service entirely unusable for my needs. Frankly, the application has failed miserably to deliver the performance promised in your advertising, falling far short of any reasonable expectations. Pros Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be considered a good thing. The transcription is terrible. Cons I feel cheated because I paid it, but the refund time is too short (only 7 days). This is, without question, the worst transcription application I have ever used.
