Couple this with good results for our customers and we are very happy with Wizart. Pros We reviewed several competing softwares for a customer visualization tool and wizart stood out in two respects: 1) the interface was easy. You can be rendering in 1 or two steps right in the website. Many others wanted to do furniture and walls and required an app download etc. While slick, this is not what a serious customer wants when they are in the browsing mood - it breaks the flow and is too large a barrier for many people. 2) The image quality was high. Mapping an image onto a wall convincingly isn't easy and I am constantly impressed with Wizarts results. Cons If I have any bone to pick is that as of writing this review there isn't a connector to bring data into either marketing could or hubspot. We'd like to use the images and rendering choices to make our journeys better for customers and right now there is no easy button for this. Reasons for choosing Wizart Quality and ease of interface - it also integrated easily with Shopify which was a plus. The customer service as well as the sales team are very forthcoming and react quickly. Almost always, a solution can be found within 1-3 days. Pros Wizart offers a very easy and straightforward approach to visualizing wallpaper, flooring etc. in individual environments. The user experience is very intuitive, both on the smartphone and on the desktop pc. New features are implemented regularly. Cons The backend could be a bit more user-friendly (e.g. default templates fo product upload change regularly and you have to adapt your import template to the new template). Pros Instantly you can apply any wallpaper or mural you select on your walls virtually and the results looks very realistic. Integration with our website was easy as we already have a similar data upload system. Cons I wish all the manufacturers we have been already working with can supply the images themselves. Wizart's customer service is also very attentive and polite when replying to our own doubts / questions. Cons We would appreciate if it was easier to send requests to other retailers, and not only makers, to share their products on the visualizer.
