Pros

What I liked most about Salesbook is how simple and intuitive their tools are to use. It makes managing sales effortless. The system is very user-friendly, yet powerful enough to cover all our needs.

Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If anything.. :)I would like to see even more integrations in the future, but the current features already work perfectly for us.

Pros

I like that Salesbook helps organize the entire sales process, keeps everything in one place, and makes daily work with clients much easier.

Cons

Some changes or updates can take a little longer than expected, but overall it does not significantly affect the usefulness of the platform.

Generally okay. There were a lot of calls at first due to the implementation. Then the contact wasn't that great but we still have to make changes sometime (we implemented that 6 months ago).

Pros

Easy to use and implement something new. You don't need to put a lot of effort to export data. They also have kinda good customer support.

Cons

Not really good to make your own reports, you have to export data and then change them (not with all of requirements, just ours). With complicated process (like ours) not really user-friendly. A lot of coworkers had issues with this.

Pros

The implementation of Salesbook in my company went very smoothly. As a result, we now save a lot of time, and salespeople can get on with building relationships with customers instead of filling in Excel tables. It is also very convenient that Salesbook can also be used during online meetings. CRM works very well.

Cons

There is no Android version but I can always use a browser version, so it is not a problem.

Pros

Salesbook has forever changed my approach to sales automation. Thanks to the tablet app, I stopped wasting a lot of time pointlessly entering data after a meeting into the CRM system. Everything automatically saves in it, and I can go to the next meeting with peace of mind. The module with reports allows me to analyze activities and draw conclusions. This allows us to exchange information in the sales department about what works best in the sales process. I recommend Salesbook to any company that deals with sales, because I can't imagine going back to filling out Excel and wasting time.

Cons

At this point in the use of the application, I do not see any downsides to the app.

Pros

Simplicity and transparency, Salesbook is very easy to use and after an hour I was able to do a lot in this system.

Cons

Generating reports. sometimes you have to work hard to generate sales reports.
