Pros Er zijn veel functies, en als deze nog niet beschikbaar zijn wordt er goed meegedacht om een functie te ontwikkelen. Cons Het invoeren van een handtekening, al dan niet met een bijhorende (iPad) pen is niet gemakkelijk. Het zou gemakkelijk zijn als er bijvoorbeeld een samenwerking met een toepassing als SignRequest zou zijn. Verder zou een eigen formulier bouwen een grote aanvulling zijn, dit is nu niet mogelijk. Koppeling met andere systemen, in ons geval de beveiliging en d problemen die hiermee gepaard gaan. Bij eventuele problemen directe hulp en ondersteuning. Cons Functionaliteiten welke ontbreken worden ontwikkeld en geïmplementeerd, dit neemt soms wat meer tijd in beslag.
