Wij gebruiken Columbo voor ons elektrotechnische inspecties, en wij zijn hier tevreden over.

Pros

Er zijn veel functies, en als deze nog niet beschikbaar zijn wordt er goed meegedacht om een functie te ontwikkelen.

Cons

Het invoeren van een handtekening, al dan niet met een bijhorende (iPad) pen is niet gemakkelijk. Het zou gemakkelijk zijn als er bijvoorbeeld een samenwerking met een toepassing als SignRequest zou zijn. Verder zou een eigen formulier bouwen een grote aanvulling zijn, dit is nu niet mogelijk.

Systeem wordt steeds stabieler al zijn er naar mijn mening ondanks de inspanningen aan de verschillende kanten nogal wat verstoringen die optreden tijdens het gebruik, te zien aan de meldingen vanuit de operatie

Uniforme rapportage, op 1 plaats inzicht in de resultaten van inspecties

Cons

Flexibelere inrichting van met name de app omgeving, bijvoorbeeld de functionaliteit binnen meetstaten en het onnodig moeten vastleggen van "gebreken" om een bepaalde score aan een inspectiepunt te moeten hangen. Koppeling met andere systemen, in ons geval de beveiliging en d problemen die hiermee gepaard gaan.

Vanuit de gegeven presentaties door de diverse leveranciers bleek Master Solutions het meest ver te zijn met Columbo op het gebied van functionaliteit in combinatie met diversiteit aan disciplines. Ook het aantal medewerkers binnen de organisatie heeft meegewogen bij de besluitvorming

Pros

Gebruikersgemak. In de praktijk is er makkelijk mee te werken en rapportages komen sneller tot stand.

Cons

Programma was in het begin niet stabiel genoeg. Daar wordt aan gewerkt en er zit verbetering in. Te kleine afbeeldingen in de rapportages.

Inspectietool voor allerlei verschillende inspectiemethodieken. Werkt prettig en ondersteuning vanuit master solutions is zeer goed.

Pros

Eenvoudig in gebruik, intuïtieve app op de iPad. Overzichtelijke webapplicatie. Bij eventuele problemen directe hulp en ondersteuning.

Cons

Functionaliteiten welke ontbreken worden ontwikkeld en geïmplementeerd, dit neemt soms wat meer tijd in beslag.

Voor mij is het grootste voordeel dat je met Columbo Offline kunt werken.

Cons

Het inladen van tekeningen werkt niet optimaal, sommige invulvelden welke wij niet gebruiken kunnen niet uit de software worden verwijderd.

Vooral tijdwinst is het grootste pluspunt van het gebruik van Colombo.

Pros

Je kunt vrijwel niets fout doen, het is voornamelijk vakjes vullen.

Cons

Het controleren van een inspectie is wat complexer. Mocht je toch nog iets willen aanpassen na het definitief maken van een rapportage is niet meer mogelijk.

Reasons for choosing Columbo

De toevoeging van de qr-code mogelijkheid is echt een prachtige innovatieve toevoeging in tegenstelling tot andere producten.
