Ha sido positiva, las pocas veces que me ha fallado, el servicio técnico es eficiente y de pronta respuesta.

Neored es muy versátil para organizar y generar el contenido de mi trabajo, las características Drag & Drop de su apartado de diseño me ahorra mucho tiempo a la hora de armar mailings, de los cuales necesito armar varios al día. Algo muy importante que cabe señalar es la capacidad de hacer cambios importantes en el diseño inmediatamente.

Cons

Manejo muchas cuentas diferentes de distintas marcas (30), cuando comencé a usar Neored, podía cambiar de cuenta desde cualquier punto de la página, lo cual me facilitaba mucho el generar Mailings seriados, a partir del año pasado, esta barra desapareció del apartado de diseño, lo cual resulta en un inconveniente operativo. En el apartado "code" hay un error que impide copiar todo el código del mailing a partir de un numero de caracteres, ya no permite seleccionar la el texto.

La plataforma nos ha ayudado a mantener una comunicación digital con nuestras audiencias, de forma fácil y efectiva. Los reportes ayudan a entregar a los clientes los resultados de las campañas y conseguir más clientes.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta del software es lo intuitivo que es, no se necesitan grandes conocimientos para diseñar los emailings, programar las campañas, subir las bases de datos y automatizar los envíos. Además, me encanta que hacen actualizaciones seguido, así que la mejora continua está garantizada.

Cons

Me gustaría que no se eliminarán los emailings anteriormente enviados y tenerlos en la biblioteca disponibles por lo menos un año.

Nos encanta. Hemos contratado otros páneles para áreas diferentes porque sabemos que es la forma mas sencilla y amigable para crear campañas de marketing que nos han ayudado mucho a crecer y acercarnos a nuestras audiencias.

La funcionalidad es sencilla, no necesitas ser experto para saber programar o crear campañas. Las estadísticas semanales nos dan transparencia en los números para poder crecer y seguir implementando cosas nuevas.

Probablemente solo cambiaría la opción de idioma, que no sea solo en inglés.

Pasé de tener un conocimiento nulo a obtener análiticas y automatizaciones en muy poco tiempo; la orientación que nos brinda el equipo de Neored nos brinda la confianza de saber que la plataforma tiene la capacidad de afrontar nuestros nuevos retos y sobre todo las necesidades inmediatas. Sin duda la experiencia se basa en la facilidad, siempre con un soporte de ingeniería detrás que se encarga de ello.

Pros

Uno de los atractivos que te brinda Neored se basa en la simplicidad de uso en cuanto a plataformas de gestión de Email; adicional a que el soporte te brinda orientación en todo momento de manera oportuna, podemos decir que el uso constante de la plataforma nos ayudó a obtener mejores indicadores de gestión de campañas, así como a tomar decisiones relevantes para el negocio. Hoy, en un corto tiempo de uso, estamos listos para que en conjunto nos adentremos en el mundo de la automatización para algunos de nuestros procesos, haciendo uso de las herramientas y configuraciones que nos ofrece Neored podemos llegar a resultador favorable en procesos realmente complejos.

Cons

En terminos generales la plataforma tiene una buena interface de usuario, sin embargo podría mejorar.

Pros

La facilidad de crear las campañas, facilidad en seleccionar las bases de datos, la creación de segmentos y la distribución del envió total de la base en el horario que se desee programar. Los diferentes informes que permite visualizar y descargar relacionados a cada una de las campañas. Ademas del acompañamiento de la persona encargada en responder las dudas e inquietudes que se generen con el fin de optimizar el uso de la plataforma.

Cons

Hace falta una profundización en algunas herramientas que han tenido actualizaciones y que nos podrían facilitar también la segmentación de las bases y la realización de reportes sobre las campañas enviadas, también una contra es que a la hora montar algunos diseños la plataforma se queda corta en cuanto al montaje que se puede realizar con los diseños gráficos realizados. Ademas de que al no tener una interfaz en español o que la plataforma permita seleccionar el idioma de preferencia limita tambien un poco su uso.

Aporta facilidad de uso para los administradores, con cualidades llamativas para los clientes y llegar a nuestro público de una manera sencilla, rápida y eficaz, es un software que me ha ayudado a mejorar en mis envíos y hacerlos más atractivos de forma visual junto con los call to action para facilitar aún más la navegación de nuestros clientes.

Es una herramienta que nos permite llegar a nuestros clientes mediante un diseño sencillo y fácil de utilizar.

Cons

Podría mejorar en el aspecto de no tener tantos atajos para llegar a lo que quieres ocupar y ser en español o tener una herramienta que sea en español.

La principal ventaja que aporta a nuestras marcas, es la oportunidad de comunicar adecuadamente diferentes campañas según el objetivo de estas, es decir, podemos promover lanzamientos, ventas especiales, invitaciones a eventos, etc. Y con la pandemia ha sido una herramienta de importancia para seguir conectados con nuestros clientes/prospectos.

Pros

La facilidad de usar el software, la organización para segmentar bases de datos y la funcionalidad en general.

Nos ha permitido crear campañas diferentes, con contenido animado que ha ayudado demasiado en comectar de manera genuina con el usuario.

Pros

Me late la interfaz amigable que te brinda la plataforma, es muy fácil armar mails con el drag editor.

Cons

La limitación del peso en los archivos que se suben a la librería, estaría increíble que se pudieran subir archivos sin peso limite
