Cons Hace falta una profundización en algunas herramientas que han tenido actualizaciones y que nos podrían facilitar también la segmentación de las bases y la realización de reportes sobre las campañas enviadas, también una contra es que a la hora montar algunos diseños la plataforma se queda corta en cuanto al montaje que se puede realizar con los diseños gráficos realizados.
