Pros El manejo del software es muy intuitivo y fácil de usar, me gusta todo el proceso desde la creación de un asset hasta el lanzamiento de la campaña y los mas importante la trazabilidad del mail (en si hablo de las funcionalidades del sistema). Cons No tengo queja del software, tanto sus funciones como la facilidad del uso del sistema, para mi que no soy experto en Mail Mktg, lo hacen un sistema muy amigable. Cons No todas las características que me interesa conocer de mis audiencias las puedo medir, me parece que hay un conflicto en la medición de categorías y segmentos.
