It has allowed me to efficiently care for a large number of patients while maintaining thoughtful, evidence-based dermatology care. The platform is intuitive for both patients and clinicians, and I appreciate that the company actively seeks physician feedback and continues to refine the product. Asynchronous dermatology works best when technology minimizes administrative burden, and Miiskin PRO is one of the closest platforms I've used to achieving that goal. I would recommend it to other dermatologists looking to incorporate teledermatology into their practice. Pros Miiskin PRO has been one of the best teledermatology platforms I've used. The interface is intuitive, patients can easily submit high-quality photos and histories, and the workflow is efficient for physicians. I especially appreciate that it supports longitudinal care with messaging and follow-up, allowing me to manage many dermatologic conditions asynchronously while maintaining high-quality patient care. The team has also been receptive to physician feedback and continually improves the platform. Cons There are still opportunities to improve the physician workflow. Better chart continuity during messaging, additional documentation tools (such as richer formatting), clearer medication refill workflows, and more customization of patient questionnaires would further streamline care. None of these issues are deal breakers, but they would make an already strong platform even better. The app is intuitive, makes it easy for patients to securely submit high-quality photos, and is particularly helpful for monitoring chronic skin conditions and treatment response over time. The image comparison and teledermatology workflow improve efficiency and patient engagement. Overall, it's user-friendly, reliable, and has streamlined follow-up care in my practice. Pros What I liked most about Miiskin PRO was its ease of use and longitudinal photo tracking. The platform makes it simple for patients to capture and submit standardized images, and the side-by-side comparison feature allows me to objectively assess disease progression and treatment response. It has improved communication with patients and made remote follow-up visits more efficient. I love that you have a partnership with a compounding pharmacy and have the ability to send to local pharmacies. Cons I think payments are pretty clunky. I hate having to use Stripe and send another QRS code.
