You get access to free on-call support and mobile applications for staff and clients. We integrate with XERO, MYOB Account Right, and HR PAY. Frustrating. Time wasting to have to copy/paste calendar entries. Updates are missed unless the Supportmate app is constantly referred to.

Pros

Apparently Australian developed, which is encouraging

Cons

Unable to link Supportmate calendar to main calendar apps. This is a basic and critical functionality that competing apps can do.

My overall experience with supportmate has been excellent. They are quick to get back which we really need on a busy schedule and they take feedback and are always looking to update the system to be more effective and user friendly.

Pros

I like the simple, effective and efficient layout that supportmate provides.

Cons

I would suggest a timetable option for the support coordination.

Overall an excellent experience right from onboarding to management and implementation of new features. the team is very approachable.

Pros

There are heaps of features we love about this software, Easy to use and train, easy to manage, can be used on the go, has a free client app, the cost is one of the most affordable in the market, no hidden costs, has got free on-call support which most of the other software lack.

Cons

The software is easy to use, training staff is easy with support videos. The support staff is approachable and they even customize the software for the company. Lots of features with a simple, yet powerful interface.

Few new functions which we have informed the team and they are happy to add them for us.
