Positive overall experience and would recommend depending on size and structure of therapy practice.

Pros

Responsiveness to issues and training needs as well as integration with good clinical management platforms.

Cons

Some occasional issues with outputs on billing and claims but resolved withing a timely fashion. Lack of direct integration with platforms like Gusto.

### "I love Therapy PM"

I have had a wonderful experience with Therapy PM. I am very satisfied with everything about it. It makes managing our practice simple.

Pros

Therapy PM makes patient management easy. It is an excellent price for all that it does. Customer support is always available and quick to fix any concerns.

Cons

I do not have anything that I dislike about Therapy PM. It meets all the needs of our practice and staff.

### "Simple Amazing Software"

My overall experience has been wonderful. Everything always goes answered if any questions. I never miss any updates, the system shows you any updates along with a how to and the changes, with pictures.

Pros

I love the fact that it is so easy to use. The system itself isn't out dated like most others are. Very easy to navigate and move through!

Cons

I do not have any con's about this software.

### "Best Decision I Made to Grow My Practice! "

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this ABA billing company—especially my account manager, Andrew. He has been absolutely phenomenal. Andrew has gone above and beyond in tracking down unpaid claims, some of which were more than a year old. Thanks to his diligence and persistence, I’m now fully caught up, and the difference it has made for my practice is incredible. What really sets Andrew apart is his consistency and reliability. He maintains high collection rates month after month and is always on top of communication. I never feel like I have to chase him down for updates—he’s proactive, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for a billing team that actually delivers results and someone who will treat your revenue like it’s their own, I highly recommend this company—and Andrew in particular. He’s made a huge impact on the financial health of my practice.

Pros

Their products and software have allowed me to grow my practice and have everything streamlined to ensure high compliance and fidelity with all SOPz.

Cons

I wish there were more features with data collection and the ability to utilize the system for electronic forms for clients and practitioners to fill out online.

### "Personal Experience"

Pros

Excellent Customer Service! If I have suggestions on new features, the team is receptive and tries to meet my needs/wants. Easy to use system! All in one system. I love the messenger inside TPMS so my therapists and I can discuss patients in HIPAA compliant platform.

Cons

Occasionally there are some glitches in the system so some features stop working, but as soon as I email the support team, they very quickly fix the issue.

Pros

Looks organized, mostly easy to find things I need

Cons

availability to customer service is not great, I left arnmend for billing and still have to talk to the same lady now.

It has made my life so much easier. I am thankful to have found the product and would not stop using it or change to anything else.

Pros

The customer support is fabulous. They are quick and responsive. They work with you to meet your needs for training. The software is easy to use and they help make sure everything is working correctly.

Cons

I know they are constantly asking what features are needed. I have no problems or concerns with the program at all.

Pros

The system is really easy to use for providers and administrator. The billing aspect of it it really efficient and gives you peace of mind.

Cons

It would be nice for BCBA to have access to RBT notes so that they can see how day to day sessions are going.

### "TPMS Review"

We are able to use TPMS to manage multiple sites in various counties.

Pros

The most impactful features are scheduling and the ability to conduct payroll from the scheduling. TPMS also makes billing easier. We were able to transition from Amromed’s previous platform to TPMS with ease.

Cons

It's a good product. No complaints about the product.
