Fácil de integrar en los procesos y actividades que realizamos

Cons

Falta mejorar las reuniones virtuales en distintos dispositivos, gestión de los idiomas, diseño con colores demasiado pálidos por lo que falta contraste y consecuente dificultad para visualizar bien los contenidos

Nectios es un excelente aliado. Es una empresa maravillosa, con la mejor disposición a escuchar e implementar cambios en la plataforma que reviertan en mejoras para las comunidades y todo el tiempo están referenciando buenas prácticas de otras herramientas para optimizar su desempeño.

Pros

Es una plataforma super flexible, que integra múltiples opciones que facilitan la interacción entre los miembros de la comunidad, la oferta de servicios y el desarrollo de eventos presenciales, virtuales o híbridos. Es super fácil de administrar y se adapta a cualquier modelo de comunidades. Tienes apis que facilitan la integración con otros aplicativos y están integrando la plataforma de comunidades con una especie de crm que permite desarrollar la gestión de clientes de la comunidad bajo una vista 360 ideal.

Cons

Sería ideal tener una mejor segregación de funciones para los diferentes roles administrativos.

Desde que comenzó el proyecto con Nectios hemos tenido muy buena relación con el equipo. Nos entendimos desde el primer día y siempre han estado disponibles para solucionar los problemas que han salido por el camino. Gracias a su experiencia nos han guiado para terminar de diseñar el producto que necesitábamos.

Pros

La posibilidad de personalización nos ha permitido adaptar el software a las necesidades y objetivos establecidos. La calidad el producto y la atención al cliente del equipo de Nectios son excelentes en todo momento.

Cons

Al principio nos encontramos con algunos fallos pero con nuestro feedback en seguida pusieron solución y ahora el producto es mucho más maduro.

La interfaz es sencilla y la plataforma es muy fácil de usar. Las veces que he tenido que contactar con atención al cliente han sido muy efectivos.

Cons

Como se trata de una aplicación que está en continuo desarrollo a veces hay fallos en el funcionamiento de alguna aplicación, pero se resuelven con bastante rapidez.
