C'est une relation qui s'entretient depuis bientôt 2 ans et qui je l'espère est vouée à évoluer car Mercateam a encore pleins de beaux projets à nous proposer. Pros La partie gestion des compétences, habilitation facilite le fait d'avoir une visibilité sur la performance d'une équipe dans sa polyvalence. Cela permet également de capitaliser plus facilement les savoirs et talents des différents métiers qui composent l'entreprise. De plus, l'accompagnement personnalisé de Mercateam dans le déploiement est d'un grand soutien, surtout pour les entreprises de pus de 1000 salariés , rendant le déploiement plus fastidieux. Cons La lenteur et les beug de l'application ne facilitent pas le déploiement auprès des équipes. les responsables actuelle ne sont pas de la génération digital et ont des difficultés à évoluer en ce sens. Il est de ce fait primordial de pouvoir leur proposer dans leur quotidien, un outil qui soit intuitif et surtout sans faille. Au moins pendant la période de transition. Dans notre métier le suivi des compétences et de la polyvalence est clé et vital, Mercateam a répondu à ce que nous attendions depuis 10 ans. Gain de temps, données propres, meilleure gestion et outil d'aide à la décision. Tout y est ! Pros Facilité d'implémentation et de prise en main par les utilisateurs. Très intuitif.
