L'implémentation des données et la prise en main du logiciel se sont faits en 3 mois, de manière fluide et efficace. Au quotidien, le logiciel est très simple à utiliser et nous a permis d'optimiser et de standardiser la gestion des compétences dans notre société. L'ajout de contenu et de QCM est très facile également. Et l'administration de l'appli ne pose pas de problème et n'est pas chronophage.

La facilité d'utilisation ainsi que la disponibilité et le soutien des équipes Mercateam

Pas encore complètement utilisable pour être validé et répondre aux obligations réglementaires BPF et GMP

Outils qui permet de dynamiser et piloter la gestion des compétences sur notre site industriel. C'est outil très intéressant aussi pour la matérialisation de la formation et la justification de l'acquisition de la compétence. Il nous oblige à professionnaliser la formation au poste.

Globalement, je suis satisfaite de pouvoir faire évoluer la solution en collaboration avec Mercateam qui s'efforce d'être à l'écoute de ses clients et qui ne travail pas seulement pour leur client, mais surtout avec leur client. C'est une relation qui s'entretient depuis bientôt 2 ans et qui je l'espère est vouée à évoluer car Mercateam a encore pleins de beaux projets à nous proposer.

Pros

La partie gestion des compétences, habilitation facilite le fait d'avoir une visibilité sur la performance d'une équipe dans sa polyvalence. Cela permet également de capitaliser plus facilement les savoirs et talents des différents métiers qui composent l'entreprise. De plus, l'accompagnement personnalisé de Mercateam dans le déploiement est d'un grand soutien, surtout pour les entreprises de pus de 1000 salariés , rendant le déploiement plus fastidieux.

Cons

La lenteur et les beug de l'application ne facilitent pas le déploiement auprès des équipes. les responsables actuelle ne sont pas de la génération digital et ont des difficultés à évoluer en ce sens. Il est de ce fait primordial de pouvoir leur proposer dans leur quotidien, un outil qui soit intuitif et surtout sans faille. Au moins pendant la période de transition.

La gestion des formations et accréditation (formations obligatoires avec une durée limitée. Comme cariste par exemple) est grandement facilitée !

Cons

Le lien avec d'autres outils n'est pas parfait. Par exemple impossible d'importer les congés en automatique d'un autre outil pour qu'ils apparaissent dans Mercateam.

Mercateam nous a permis de remplacer des dizaines de tableaux excel de suivi des compétences, qui n'étaient pas liés et où les données étaient fausses à 50%. Dans notre métier le suivi des compétences et de la polyvalence est clé et vital, Mercateam a répondu à ce que nous attendions depuis 10 ans. Gain de temps, données propres, meilleure gestion et outil d'aide à la décision. Tout y est !

Pros

Facilité d'implémentation et de prise en main par les utilisateurs. Très intuitif. Logiciel évolutif.

Cons

Pas encore connecté avec notre logiciel RH pourrait être intégré avec des plateformes O365 ?

Pros

Un outil complet, clair et intuitif permettant de faciliter la vie de tous les colloborateurs et de gagner du temps. Nos équipes ont pu monter en compétences grace à des formations adaptées et la cartographie des compétences nous permet d'optimiser en continu notre organisation et d'assurer la continuité de la production.

Un logiciel, qui plus est jeune, nécessite toujours d'être optimisé ce que l'équipe semble faire

Les points forts de l'application sont la facilité de construire un planning (la gestion d'ouverture de poste et les shifts) et une vue dynamique des compétences et des habilitations.

Cons

La vue digital planning manque de finition: à voir pour la développer en tableau de bord. Quelques périodes de latence pendant l'utilisation.
