That could be the easiest way to schedule/copy the training for next/following week. Reason for choosing HUBEG I've heard about first product dedicated for EMS studios. I wanted to be first to have a chance to test it and verify if it really fits to my need. The development of the software is inscribed in the brand's DNA, which is why we cooperate. Pros We would like to recommend the Hubeg app that we have implemented in Synergy of the EMS training studio network. We highly appreciate the Hubeg product due to the large number of functions and the possibility of personalization for the EMS studio. The advantage of the application is a large amount of process automation and high-level UX thanks to the attractive design and intuitiveness of the program. The availability of flexible payment methods for the service makes it a customer-friendly application. Cons Currently, there are no shortcomings. Trainers and managers also appreciate the opportunities offered by hubeg. Changing the software was a very good business decision. Pros Hubeg is easy, intuitive, helps in managing customers, services, products and customer experience. It has many features that help people who use the program remember about planned activities. It has many options for scheduling services, billing and payment methods. It has an extensive reporting system that offers many possibilities that facilitate statistical analysis. It is very easy to introduce software into the club, studio because of the affordability and ease of learning functionality. Cons At the moment I have not found such a thing. The most important features from my perspective are: 1. Defined role for emplees 2. Automict sms for customers 3. Mambershimp managment - lot of information about customers can be collected 4. Timetables with employees' working ours 5. Lots of reports supporting in managing comapny: sales per stuido and trainer, customer statistics, overdue payments Possibility of using Hubeg on mobile. Cons For me the are only two missing thing: runing warehaous in accordance to Polish Accouting Standars which helps with dealing with accounting and lack of integration with on of the most popular invoicing platform or possibility to issue invoices in Hubeg directly.
