It's helped me focus more on each meeting, and not having to worry about taking notes makes the content more enjoyable.

Pros

It's not a traditional software where you can make video calls. It's more than that, allowing for more compact interaction with users. It has useful tools like screen recording. When I need information from past meetings, it's easy to find. I like all its tools because they've helped me communicate effectively. Since I don't have to worry about taking notes because the smart assistant summarizes, I can focus more on a meeting.

Cons

Nothing has gone wrong with it. Everything works correctly and nothing bothers me.

Not anything I can think of. I know I may be biased but his flexibility in making chances to benefit customers trumps any other product out there since that itself is rare.

Easy to find and manage all our document.

Pros

Available on a multitude of platforms, including Windows, smartphones, and Android apps. Previously, we just used third-party platforms, which jeopardized our knowledge documents. Transferring files with other parties via weblink is simpler since it has a large amount of storage capacity, practicability of modifications, data management, and confidentiality.

Cons

Because of the scale of our firm, some of the functionalities required modification, such as granting user access to a vast number of employees spanning numerous sites, which an assigned administrator at each center should have monitored.
