Pros

Con Smartia Power Hub se puede utilizar multicanalidad (sms, bot de llamada, whatsapp,email) paa hacer la gestión de cobranza lo que permite que la gestión de cobranza sea más efectiva. La implementacion es relativamente rápida y sencilla.

Cons

La única desventaja que veo es que hay ciertas funcionalidades relacionada a la definitción de estrategia que no pueden ser administrada por lo usuarios, asi como también que los perfiles de usuario no cuentan con demasiada opciones para administar el sistema

En general para una empresa que no tenga ninguna herramienta automatizada de cobranza SmartIA puede ser una herramienta que resulte bastante valiosa.

Pros

Es una herramienta sencilla de implementar. El personal de soporte es muy proactivo y comunicativo. La herramienta permite organizar flujos simples de cobranza con bot de llamada, SMS y Emails.

Cons

La complejidad de las estrategias de cobranza que permite crear todavía son un poco simple, no permite hacer estrategias de cobranza con especializaciones como perfiles de clientes más variables adicionales como compartamientos de pagos recientes.
