Buena pero me falta un plus

que registra estadísticas de las llamadas y se pueden regresar las llamadas perdidas

Cons

creo que hace falta mas asesoria por parte de doctoralia para explotar la herramienta al máximo , creo que es muy similar a la herramienta de telmex y en la que puedes direccionar las llamadas a tu celular y es mas económico

No me gusta el servicio de call center por que me han desviado pacientes con otros médicos prefiero atender yo las llamadas

Usualmente sirve bastante bien para captar pacientes y tiene difusión aceptable.

Que de pronto se sale del celular y no acepta la contraseña
