All of it. Being able to get actual person data and not just company info was big

Cons

UX could be a little nicer, but it wasnt the end of the world

Pros

We really like the capabilities of the pixels. It's awesome to be able to learn more about our website visitors and see who would be good to reach out or retarget to.

Cons

The platform can be a little bit confusing but once you figure out how to get around it's not bad.

Pros

There are a slew of competitors and I looked at a lot of them. Leadpost provides the best value for B2B and B2C lead capture. The percentage of capture is high and the agency plan provides a great value for those marketing companies with multiple clients.

Cons

I have not found many issues with LeadPost. Took a while for one of my clients to load the pixel but that is probably because they have a wix site which in my opinion is sub par.

Capturing a significant amount of missed leads daily that I can reach out to with another offer we are launching.

Pros

I found this product to be incredibly easy to setup and started to see instant results. I had never realized how many visitors bounce from my site, but now I can capture that lead and reach back out.

Cons

I've only used it for a short time, but so far I am very happy with all aspects.

It took me awhile to convert over to LeadPost. I had been working with a similar platform and was searching support when I the website. The Headposts staff is knowledgeable, patient and responsive.The client value it tremendous.

Pros

The ability to append additional date fields and the option of B2C and B2B format.

Cons

The dashboard is user friendly, but austere in its design. All in all the functionally is solid.

Leadpost has been able to amplify our marketing and sales effort, so much so that we have chosen to pay and come on full time as a customer.

Pros

I loved the amount of granular information we were able to get from Lead Post. Having name, multiple email options, LinkedIn, and job title was incredibly effective for our marketing purposes.

Cons

I wish we could capture more leads, but that being said the leads that were captured were of great quality.
