Superb Company. We decided to give them a try for handling our 10 social media channels and are super happy with the results. It's a great and easy to use interface, with a lot of powerful options.

Pros

What I really like is the customer service. I've had to contact them three times - twice with a suggestion, once with a bug report. They implemented both suggestions and fixed the bug within 24 hours. Superb level of service, highly recommended.

Cons

Absolutely nothing so far. It's been very easy to use, design is intuitive, and it notifies us immediately if there is an issue.

Pleasantly surprised by the ease of use, and time-savings that using Nuelink affords me with the Etsy integration so I don't have to duplicate my efforts.

Pros

I was looking for an automated way to post my new Etsy products to social media and found Nuelink. It was easy to set up and implement integration with Etsy. The Etsy integration with AI verbiage assistance makes it very simple to create and schedule engaging social media posts from Etsy products. When I discovered that the integration was pulling purchased products and not just brand new products, I reached out to support and they very quickly resolved it. Having a software background, I was blown away at how quickly the developers re-engineered the integration to no longer us the RSS feed and instead use the API to only import brand new products.

Cons

There are a couple of small UI changes that I'll be suggesting to Nuelink but nothing major thankfully.

Easy way to make months of publications on autopilot Automaton fonction are easy CSV fonction make it fast to add many posts at same time

I was mis sold Nuelink through false advertising. I was given a partial refund, even though I had not been able to use the software as advertised from the very start. \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\] emailed me to say "I don't have time to argue with people paying$12/month". Make of that what you will. Personally I would not trust this company that lies to get you to subscribe, doesn't offer what was advertised and ignores/misses questions in support tickets.

Pros

Software is legit in that you can integrate social channels and post to them via a queue.

Cons

Even though I paid for an annual sub, they wanted me to pay more to use the features that had been advertised on their Black Friday campaign. I was mis sold this software.

I've been using the Nuelink for almost a year and it's definitely saves a lot of my time in creating social media post, so I can focus more on my core product on my business.

Pros

I like the fact that I can manage all my social media, such as FB, IG, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and create scheduled posts to manage all my businesses. Now, an update allows us to manage all the comments on my social media. What a life-changing update for my business, as I have to deal with potential clients from time to time.

Cons

hmmm.. I think the development is kinda slow, but it's okay for a team of small developers.. I do HOPE, that we have an option to use our API keys for creating post in social media.

Easy, simple, and time saver. Putting all your content in one place and linking whichever platform you want.

Pros

I've been using Nuelink for a while now, and it's truly a relief for managing my social media posts. If you're juggling multiple platforms like I am, you understand the stress of keeping everything organized and on schedule. What I love most is how user-friendly it is. You don't need to be a tech wizard to get the hang of it. Preparing posts across all my accounts has always been smoother. I can plan everything in advance, and Nuelink does the rest. It's reliable and efficient, and it saves me tons of time. If you're serious about your social media game and want something that works without all the fuss, Nuelink is definitely worth checking out. I have been using the Nuelink for a few months now and I have been extremely impressed with its features and functionality. One of the things I love most about Nuelink is its user-friendly interface. It is very easy to navigate and I was able to set up my social media profiles and schedule posts in no time. The scheduling feature is also very convenient and has helped me save a lot of time by allowing me to plan my content ahead of time. I also appreciate the analytics tools that Nuelink offers. I can track the performance of my posts and see which ones are resonating with my audience, which has been invaluable in helping me refine my social media strategy. Overall, I highly recommend Nuelink to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient social media management tool.
