"False Advertising"

**Overall:** I was mis sold Nuelink through false advertising. I was given a partial refund, even though I had not been able to use the software as advertised from the very start. \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\] emailed me to say "I don't have time to argue with people paying$12/month". Make of that what you will. Personally I would not trust this company that lies to get you to subscribe, doesn't offer what was advertised and ignores/misses questions in support tickets.

**Pros:** Software is legit in that you can integrate social channels and post to them via a queue.

**Cons:** Even though I paid for an annual sub, they wanted me to pay more to use the features that had been advertised on their Black Friday campaign. I was mis sold this software.

**Reasons for Choosing Nuelink:** I believed their lies about what the Black Friday offer entailed.
