Superb Company. We decided to give them a try for handling our 10 social media channels and are super happy with the results. It's a great and easy to use interface, with a lot of powerful options.

Pros

What I really like is the customer service. I've had to contact them three times - twice with a suggestion, once with a bug report. They implemented both suggestions and fixed the bug within 24 hours. Superb level of service, highly recommended.

Cons

Absolutely nothing so far. It's been very easy to use, design is intuitive, and it notifies us immediately if there is an issue.

I was mis sold Nuelink through false advertising. I was given a partial refund, even though I had not been able to use the software as advertised from the very start. \[sensitive content hidden\], \[sensitive content hidden\] emailed me to say "I don't have time to argue with people paying$12/month". Make of that what you will. Personally I would not trust this company that lies to get you to subscribe, doesn't offer what was advertised and ignores/misses questions in support tickets.

Pros

Software is legit in that you can integrate social channels and post to them via a queue.

Cons

Even though I paid for an annual sub, they wanted me to pay more to use the features that had been advertised on their Black Friday campaign. I was mis sold this software.

I've been using the Nuelink for almost a year and it's definitely saves a lot of my time in creating social media post, so I can focus more on my core product on my business.

Pros

I like the fact that I can manage all my social media, such as FB, IG, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and create scheduled posts to manage all my businesses. Now, an update allows us to manage all the comments on my social media. What a life-changing update for my business, as I have to deal with potential clients from time to time.

Cons

hmmm.. I think the development is kinda slow, but it's okay for a team of small developers.. I do HOPE, that we have an option to use our API keys for creating post in social media.

I find it excellent, but my expectations of it as a professional tool are somewhat based on the idea of it being a work-in-progress rather than being the end goal as is. It is great as entry stage and the developer seems enthusiastic and keen to make it work, and receive input, time will tell if it catches up and grows with my needs. Certainly I think is the best place to start with this kind of tool, before paying out a lot more on the likes of the established brands.

Pros

Nuelink is great in the way it is laid out and the ease of use. It has a good set of features, and for me was particularly good as I was able to get it in the last days of a SaaS lifetime deal promotion. I like the integration, think the scheduling functioning is good, and (even if you end up paying on standard pricing) is WAY more affordable than most comparable tools.

Cons

The link shortener is very basic, and has no comparable functions to even the most basic tools you can get out there that might involve things like CNAME integration, geotracking, timed links, dynamic QR, etc. functions. It is unlikely you can use this and rely on the 'insights' tool for social media performance and evaluation by itself. The insights are too basic for most professional usage even compared to the outputs you would expect simply from the individual platforms (which I would have thought could just have been gathered through APIs and GraphQL, but of probably greater significance is the issue of how this is integrated by Nuelink that presumably should not only integrate social media inputs but also integrate what you get across full suite of tools.

All of them are way too expensive. I think these are some of the best kinds of software tools out there in the social media world, since they can be transformational to workload management, efficiency and effectiveness. A lot of these companies have realised this and raised their prices over time to reflect that and have gone out of reach of many.

Overall the support interactions I've had have been both quickly supportive and educational. What I thought was a feature request was actually just me not understanding how to use the software and they were quick to give a screenshot-guided answer and help me accomplish what I desired. Importing bulk posts is easy and shuffling the queue is the click of a button. In under an hour I managed to schedule a year of memes/non-marketing content AND a month of holiday-related posts. Quick, easy, and a perfect answer for the cost-concious!

Pros

I love the ease of use and multiple features available that makes Nuelink my one-stop shop when it comes to posting to social media. No need for other tools any longer. Support has been great and VERY responsive when it comes to questions and feature requests and I hope this behavior continues into the future.

Cons

No cons as of yet, but I'll return and edit this review if I find any.

The team is fantastic, always help me when I'm stuck or can't figure something out. It's good to have a tool that takes weight off me as a business owner.

Pros

I find that Nuelink does things that other tools don't, like setting up Twitter threads, inserting GIFs in LinkedIn posts, and even carrousels which many other tools SAY they do but fail at the moment of publishing. Also, Nuelink is so easy to use, I've learnt a lot about social media just from their tool.

Cons

I find Nuelink adds new features all the time. There's nothing that I need that doesn't exist, quite the contrary!

To be honest, Nuelink is the fastest development project I have ever seen for a social management tool.They deliver new features every week. I only noticed the tool when I found that it supports Substack, but then the team surprised me with the professional work.I'm waiting for their Discord integration this month to finish the whole set.

Pleasantly surprised by the ease of use, and time-savings that using Nuelink affords me with the Etsy integration so I don't have to duplicate my efforts.

Pros

I was looking for an automated way to post my new Etsy products to social media and found Nuelink. It was easy to set up and implement integration with Etsy. The Etsy integration with AI verbiage assistance makes it very simple to create and schedule engaging social media posts from Etsy products. When I discovered that the integration was pulling purchased products and not just brand new products, I reached out to support and they very quickly resolved it. Having a software background, I was blown away at how quickly the developers re-engineered the integration to no longer us the RSS feed and instead use the API to only import brand new products.

Cons

There are a couple of small UI changes that I'll be suggesting to Nuelink but nothing major thankfully.

Pros

UI is quite intutive and clean and very much better than Hootsuite. Easy to setup social channels even for a beginner.Sortcodes can be created but will be common for all social channels. One of the best feature I found is the automations option which helps automate repetitive tasks and saves additional time.

Cons

It would be better if short codes can be created specific to each social channel.Feed view is pretty basic and can be improved. Number of posts in queues is quite limited at 100 per month currently for even starting level paid plans.

I am satisfied using Nuelink. The app saved me quite a number of hours weekly if I would do it manually.

Pros

With Nuelink, I was able to streamline the management of various social media accounts, including Facebook Groups, by automatically importing content from my website. Additionally, the platform allowed me to easily import and add articles, images, products, and videos to my collections from external sources such as third-party apps and websites. Overall, the Nuelink system is designed to simplify the process of sharing and reposting content from various sources.

Cons

There nothing more I can complain about Nuelink. It is easy to use and pack with features. The only thing I see is it can improved further on the analytics.

Pros

It's a great tool for social media automation and has a lot of useful features geared towards eventually automating the process even further. The team is also very active and constantly updating the platform and adding more features. As is, the UI is nice and everything works efficiently. I appreciate the automation-first workflow that its current features promote.

Cons

It's a new platform and therefore is still a bit behind in some ways. For example, it does not currently have webhooks, social monitoring, built-in image editing capabilities, or performance predictions like other tools in the space.

I am happy with the free plan of Nuelink. It allows me to do a lot of basic stuff. If I allows me to try out the premium features before I can buy those.

Pros

The most beneficial feature is breaking the tweets into threads while I type it out in a single window. Also, the post scheduling is a great time saver so that you can queue the messages over the weekend and get those auto-posted every day.

Cons

The UX can improve a lot. The place to write a tweet is really constrained.

Nuelink has increased my productivity. I can access my social media accounts from Nuelilnk and automate my posts in one go. This is the first time, I am using a social media scheduler and my experience with Nuelink is amazing.

Pros

The best thing I like about Nuelink is that I can manage my social media accounts from a single dashboard. I can schedule my posts in one go. The automation feature is mind-blowing. Nuelink automatically imports my WordPress Blog posts to its collection, which I can further schedule to my social media accounts.

Cons

Nuelink is doing my basic requirements very well. Nothing to complain about. Just waiting for the launch of its Android app.
