We decided to give them a try for handling our 10 social media channels and are super happy with the results. It's a great and easy to use interface, with a lot of powerful options. Pros What I really like is the customer service. I've had to contact them three times - twice with a suggestion, once with a bug report. They implemented both suggestions and fixed the bug within 24 hours. Superb level of service, highly recommended. Cons Absolutely nothing so far. It's been very easy to use, design is intuitive, and it notifies us immediately if there is an issue. Make of that what you will. Personally I would not trust this company that lies to get you to subscribe, doesn't offer what was advertised and ignores/misses questions in support tickets. Pros Software is legit in that you can integrate social channels and post to them via a queue. Cons Even though I paid for an annual sub, they wanted me to pay more to use the features that had been advertised on their Black Friday campaign. I was mis sold this software. Director of KIE Design Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "an excellent social media manager with substantial potential" November 12, 2023 5.0 I find it excellent, but my expectations of it as a professional tool are somewhat based on the idea of it being a work-in-progress rather than being the end goal as is. It is great as entry stage and the developer seems enthusiastic and keen to make it work, and receive input, time will tell if it catches up and grows with my needs. Certainly I think is the best place to start with this kind of tool, before paying out a lot more on the likes of the established brands. Pros Nuelink is great in the way it is laid out and the ease of use. It has a good set of features, and for me was particularly good as I was able to get it in the last days of a SaaS lifetime deal promotion. I like the integration, think the scheduling functioning is good, and (even if you end up paying on standard pricing) is WAY more affordable than most comparable tools. Cons The link shortener is very basic, and has no comparable functions to even the most basic tools you can get out there that might involve things like CNAME integration, geotracking, timed links, dynamic QR, etc. functions. It is unlikely you can use this and rely on the 'insights' tool for social media performance and evaluation by itself. The insights are too basic for most professional usage even compared to the outputs you would expect simply from the individual platforms (which I would have thought could just have been gathered through APIs and GraphQL, but of probably greater significance is the issue of how this is integrated by Nuelink that presumably should not only integrate social media inputs but also integrate what you get across full suite of tools. What I thought was a feature request was actually just me not understanding how to use the software and they were quick to give a screenshot-guided answer and help me accomplish what I desired. Importing bulk posts is easy and shuffling the queue is the click of a button. In under an hour I managed to schedule a year of memes/non-marketing content AND a month of holiday-related posts. Quick, easy, and a perfect answer for the cost-concious! Pros I love the ease of use and multiple features available that makes Nuelink my one-stop shop when it comes to posting to social media. No need for other tools any longer. Support has been great and VERY responsive when it comes to questions and feature requests and I hope this behavior continues into the future. Pros I find that Nuelink does things that other tools don't, like setting up Twitter threads, inserting GIFs in LinkedIn posts, and even carrousels which many other tools SAY they do but fail at the moment of publishing. Also, Nuelink is so easy to use, I've learnt a lot about social media just from their tool. Cons I find Nuelink adds new features all the time. Pros I was looking for an automated way to post my new Etsy products to social media and found Nuelink. It was easy to set up and implement integration with Etsy. The Etsy integration with AI verbiage assistance makes it very simple to create and schedule engaging social media posts from Etsy products. When I discovered that the integration was pulling purchased products and not just brand new products, I reached out to support and they very quickly resolved it. Having a software background, I was blown away at how quickly the developers re-engineered the integration to no longer us the RSS feed and instead use the API to only import brand new products.
