RateMyService is a valuable business tool for any owner who wants to collect and analyze customer feedback. It is simple to use and quick to get the survey up and running. I like the analytic report because I can see the rating visually and look at where I can improve.

Pros

It is easy to create a survey with RateMyService. The template is simple enough to customize especially with various emojis. Anyone can do it in less than a few minutes. Just using 3 types of ratings, I can see which areas I need to work on.

Cons

I think there is no need to complicate this simple feedback process. All I want is to find out how the customers react to my services or the performance of my agents. It is already simple to enough to use it.

Besides what I mentioned as a minus, the service fulfills my expectations, and I love to have it in my Gmail signature. It's beneficial to find out how good your support is; most importantly, it doesn't take much time for anyone to respond.

Pros

I like the way it can be set up. It's straightforward, and you don't need any tech skills to be a pro with this service. It has all that is necessary to get quality feedback. When a user clicks on the emoji icon, they get a customer survey to fill out if they want to give a proper review of the service. It's very well organized, and I love the dashboard where is everything almost suits my logic. It depends on the user to user, but it's easy to find everything you need to start with the service.

Cons

I would love to have this service in my language, and for now, I miss the opportunity for custom translation. The service is available in Arabic, Danish, English, French, German, Russian, and Spanish, but I need it to be available in Serbian because I didn't find the ability to change the survey page (customer feedback form). The question is editable.

I had been looking for something like this when I came across RateMyService and tested it out for a week and boy was it exactly what we needed to get the necessary feedback from our clients about our support staff.

Pros

I like the fact that it's very user friendly and we can monitor our support staff to see who is underperforming.

Cons

It's a great product so hard to say but I would have liked a link to a review page for external but it is not a big deal as I made it on our website which is probably better.

Pros

Ratemyservice is very easy, intuitive and fast to use. I just need to choose my template, and cut and paste the HTML to my email footer. That's it! It has a good analytics screen as well to give overall feedback from customers. There's options to import agents and also to automatically add the rating into your gmail or outlook account. However you will need a business account (not a free personal account) to auto add to gmail or outlook. You can easily cut and paste the code into your email signature manually and save it so each new email will attach the rating survey. Easy!

Cons

Would like more flexibility with the rating survey such as - Using more than just three choices. - Add numbers rather than just icons.- Add words such as "satisfied" and "not satisfied"- CNAME support so the survey page has my URL and branding

Pros

I recently used Rate My Service and I was impressed with this idea to give clients to give us a feedback. The interface was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The service offered support in multiple languages, which made it easy to setup to different kind of clients. The team support was also quick to respond to questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend it to others.

Cons

I hope they can add more features to retain the clients.

Pros

As a beginner, I always try to use the most effective tools for less money investment, and RateMyService is one of my tools.I quickly integrated RateMyService into my email signature, allowing my customers to provide feedback. It is a minute set-and-forget job until I want to customize my signature again. The analytics feature is also extremely helpful in giving me information about how my business is doing with clients' points of view.

Cons

Sincerely, after a few weeks of use and the size of my business (solopreneur), I am delighted with RateMyService. If I have to say something, it would be on even more customisation of the icons to match my brand at the highest point.

It had been a long time that I wanted to integrate a feedback system into my business that I could then catalog and publish in my online channels as a reference for my services.However, I had never looked for an automated system and I thought of doing it with Google forms as suggested by one of my friend and As soon as I saw this program and its cost I bought it without thinking about it and when I started using it a month later I was amazed at the ease with which I got what I wanted

Pros

simplicity effectiveness 5 minute learning curve you don't have to do anything anymore, he does everything you can handle negative feedback only you see the results and only you decide what to do with them

Cons

it is very simple but has little customization and in some professional fields it may be necessary to have different aesthetic models for choosing icons

Pros

I was looking for a way to get actionable feedback, not just "good service" or "bad service," and I finally found Rate My Service. This tool is a huge time saver, and I can set up my own surveys and track my service over time. I also love that it's very easy to share with my clients so they can give direct feedback as well.

Cons

There is a limited number of symbols that can be used for a review, either 2 or 3. This can make it difficult to get all the information across that you want to communicate. You can add more feedback symbols.

My experience with Rate My Service is very excellent. It is really fun as well as an excellent opportunity to get feedback from my client about my service. From the analysis, I can easily correct my flaws.

Pros

I mostly like the easy integration process of Rate My Service with G-Suite. Its interface and dashboard are very clean. Anyone can easily set up the feedback form without any previous knowledge. Import from CSV is another very good feature of this tool. I also like the 'email survey to agent' option.

Cons

There are very few downsides to Rate My Service. But I think there should be more template design for the feedback/survey form.
