Pros

This customer feedback tool is a godsend for customer service. It's easy to use, customers love how easy it is to give feedback, you can integrate it with your email, it's customizable, it's feature-rich and the customer service is amazing. I've used it for my clients and myself, and I will continue to use it. It's the best product for customer service.

Cons

I did not find any fault with the product so no need to change it is the perfect tool.

I've enjoyed the ease of use, everything from setup to reporting is so straightforward that it doesn't require even basic documentation, it just makes sense. This now allows us to capture customer sentiment regularly in just simple exchanges. No special polls or programs.

Pros

Super easy to setup right out of the box, took absolutely no time to install the code into both my emails and also our helpdesk emails. The interface is so simple to use there was no learning curve which is always appreciated.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I dislike about the software.

Multilingual and easy setup for, with minutes I can make an excellent customer care questionnaires and ask for feedback from them.

As a whole, I enjoyed the full experience of using this product. It's definitely affordable, easy to use and the bonus is the great customer support you receive if you need any assistance or have any questions or concerns.

Pros

Besides the setup being really easy, the product itself is really efficient and user friendly. I really enjoy how simple it is and it works!

Cons

I did not find any fault with the product nor did I feel like any part of the product was difficult to use either.

Integrating with my email accounts was quick and easy, I had no trouble setting up my account.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with the format, usability, case use, functionality, and installation time.

Pros

What I liked most about the Rate My Service software and appreciated is the UI interface is clean, straightforward, and simple to use right out the gate. There is no intensive learning curve or several tutorials that one needs to go through. I was able to get everything set up within 5 minutes or less.

Cons

What I liked least about Rate My Service is the inability to utilize customized colors for the "Customized Templates." To stay on brand, this feature needs an upgrade to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Cons

The reporting tool can seem to be a little basic at first. However, after using this feature for a while, I realized that this is actually a good thing because it only provides useful information and nothing more.

Pros

There is a very east to use interface. You can import and export customer data easily into most major CSR, POS, or email tools. You get a very easy process to process customer opinions and reviews.

Cons

It is a very simple system so no complaints. Maybe more templating and customization options. Adding SMS, video or embedable form option.
