Pros

Checkpoint is a powerful tool that combines simplicity with efficiency, participants simply register online and purchase their tickets without the need to wait in line. As an administrator, it allows you to interact with attendees and store information that can be analyzed to measure the acceptance of your brand and create strategies to boost it.

Cons

Checkpoint is a complete tool that meets expectations and it is difficult to identify anything negative in its behavior.

From the point of view of the user Compliance has greatly facilitated the experience of many event attendees, from the way they carried out the purchase of the ticket to the attendance to the enclosure that process became very tedious and time consuming for anyone, now with the future in digital tickets the purchase process, Now with the future in digital tickets the process of purchase, allocation of seats, entry to the site is much more pleasant to the user, in addition, allowed almost to eliminate the impasses that were previously presented with the forgery of tickets, this experience was very unpleasant for those who were victims of it, Compliance has evolved the way to access events in a very positive way, it is a pleasant experience.

Pros

Regarding my experience with the tool I can clearly highlight some aspects such as: agility and pleasant experience to access massive events for our case conferences inside and outside the city, the process that was previously done was tedious, long lines, duplicate tickets, all that was improved with Compliance and its version of digital tickets, also has pop-up messages on the screen of our mobile devices that provide great information either the event or any other information of interest; and something very important is environmentally friendly as it avoids unnecessary waste of paper.

Cons

Clearly Compliance has more benefits than negative points, perhaps one of them is that it is required to have the mobile device at the time of the event as there is the wallet containing the digital ticket but as an alternative in case of loss or theft of the smartphone you can access our wallet from another device while we have access to the event which is a favorable point; otherwise it is only a matter of adapting to the technology either NFC or QR to perceive a very pleasant and agile experience when attending events with large numbers of people.
