Overall positive in that it covered a wide range of our business needs. Our main issues are with the league setup and the lack of improvement in that area.

Pros

It has a wide range of uses for any business: Facility Schedule, league and program setup, POS, inventory

Cons

The constant opening of multiple tabs, the limit of signing out every 10-15 minutes, the lack of features in the league setup and the league scheduler feature.

Overall, my experience with Dash has been positive. The platform is easy to navigate, quick to set up, and performs reliably for everyday use. Overall, Dash is very easy to learn and navigate. Everything is spelled out for you. The refunding of deposits is a bit tricky and might need a little renovation.

Pros

I love the customer support...well I loved the customer support before the AI started. Hopefully we can get live support once again. This is the only reason I would give a four star. Another issue is the back button. It doesn't always send us to the previous screen.

I use it the most for scheduling. I also use to follow my daily schedule to navigate my day. we are a ice rink with schedules changing daily

It's very easy to use. It's also easy to teach how to use. I am a very busy Manager so when I get on dash its always up and easy to use.

Cons

nothing that I can think of its very user friendly and easy to navigate. it's also very easy to teach somebody that isn't computer literate.

Dash supports our Learn to Skate USA registration process better than any other platform we tried before!

Cons

There is a little curve from other platforms but that is always the case. Support is easy to access and customer service is supportive.

My experience with dash has been very good, I have learned the system quick and it has all the features our business needs.

Pros

I like that it is easy to use and navigate, the customer service is always available to help if needed but it is quick and easy to learn

Cons

I find dash is difficult to use when on mobile, they should update the platform for mobile phone use

It is very easy for me to use for my summer, winter, and spring break camps. I can see all of the demographic information for campers.

Pros

I really liked the ease of use. As a non-tech savvy person, this platform has great features, all the reports I can make, and easy to use.

Cons

I have not run across any problems so far. It is easy to log in, and I am able to find more information than I need.

Overall quite positive. The helpdesk is extremely quick and thorough with responses. I never feel alone.

Pros

I've been using DASH to manage my adult soccer league, and it has become an essential part of our operation. The software makes everything from registration and roster management to scheduling and communication incredibly efficient. With more than 140 teams spread across multiple divisions and nights of play, organization is critical, and DASH has consistently delivered. The interface is intuitive for both administrators and players, which has significantly reduced the amount of time I spend answering routine questions. I especially appreciate how easy it is to make schedule updates, track team information, and communicate changes quickly. The customer support team has also been outstanding whenever I've needed assistance, responding promptly with helpful solutions. DASH has streamlined many of the administrative tasks that used to take hours, allowing me to focus on improving the league experience for our players. I highly recommend DASH to anyone managing recreational or competitive sports leagues.

Cons

I wish it would recognize scheduling conflicts between teams and schedule around them. I wish the schedule interface more more user friendly.

Pros

Our company has been using Dash since 2020. Customer support has been very good. We are able to email and receive an AI response within seconds. If that solution does not work or we need more information, we are able to connect with a live person. Dash does take a while to get used to because there are many options to set up programs. Many things are very automated, though, once they are set up.

Cons

There are some processes that are not obvious or on a menu. Sometimes the processes require tech support to help them make sense.
