The balance between solutions-orientation and business process efficiency, along with the great dedication and customer support make the overall experience exceptional.

Pros

The customer service, solutions-oriented approach and automated solutions made the project an all-around success.

Cons

A new platform requires a bit of time for users to get used to it, however thanks to the support and training provided, this was not an obstacle.
