It's easy to integrate and use. Additionally, the support at Nuvo is exceptional. Pros Nuvo is very easy and quick to integrate into your own product landscape and allows users to easily import their data alone. We were ready within less than 2 weeks and all users have been able to intuitively use it. Cons We had some minor bugs in the beginning of the implementation - which we're all fixed very quickly though Reasons for choosing nuvo Nuvo overall provided a much better user experience and flexibility when integrating the product. Additionally, they handle all data without sending it to their own servers which is better for our customers. It took us multiple weeks and frustrated clients to properly get data into our systems. nuvo is doing a great job in making our lifes easier by providing a nice UI combined with advanced functionalities. Cons We generally had a smooth onboarding journey. I would prefer a bit more public advertising material though to share with my colleagues internally.
