Switching to Vivenu has been an absolute game-changer for our organization. The backend is incredibly intuitive and robust, giving us full control over event setup, seating charts, and real-time data without any technical headaches. Our ticket buyers enjoy an equally seamless experience. The checkout process is clean, fast, and completely frictionless across both desktop and mobile, which has noticeably improved our end-user satisfaction and conversion rates. What truly sets Vivenu apart, however, is their phenomenal customer service team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success, making them feel like a true partner rather than just a software vendor. Highly recommended!

Pros

What I appreciate most about Vivenu is the perfect balance it strikes between powerful customization and total simplicity. The backend dashboard is incredibly intuitive, allowing us to manage complex seating charts, adjust ticketing tiers, and access real-time data insights instantly without needing a dedicated IT team. Furthermore, the end-user checkout is remarkably fast and clean, which has significantly reduced cart abandonment and kept our ticket buyers happy from start to finish.

Cons

If there is one area that could use refinement, it is the initial learning curve associated with some of the platform's more advanced, granular features. Because the system is so highly customizable and offers an extensive array of developer-forward tools, it can occasionally feel a bit overwhelming for newer team members during the onboarding phase. While their excellent customer support team always helps us navigate these complexities quickly, a slightly more guided in-app tutorial for the deepest settings would make the setup process flawless.

Very User friendly, accessible and consistent good customer service. Plus it looks good both on the back and front end.

Takes a bit of time to get one's mind around some of the finer details for the platform, however their Wiki and their Customer service team are really helpful and quick,

Vivenu has been a great platform to promote events, sell tickets, and ease the customer checkout process. It has also been super helpful for tracking data and getting information out to customers.

Pros

We recently completed our first year using vivenu as our ticketing platform for our three holiday light shows, and the experience has been excellent. From the beginning, the vivenu team provided outstanding customer service and support. The onboarding process was smooth, and they made it easy to build and customize our events to meet our specific needs. Whenever issues arose, their team was responsive and worked collaboratively with us to find effective solutions. One thing that really stood out was their commitment to our success. They even conducted an on-site visit to help ensure our events launched smoothly and that all systems were operating properly. That level of hands-on support gave our team confidence and contributed to a successful season. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend vivenu to organizations looking for a flexible and customer-focused ticketing solution. We are excited to continue building on what we started this year and look forward to implementing additional improvements and enhancements together in the seasons ahead.

The experience has been 1st class service + a smooth integration across over 28 different regions in the country. Customers have loved the convenience factor.

Speed and ease at the gates, technology and API connections to customize the institutional needs, shopify integration, customer information.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind - vivenu has been the best and only solution to show PG they could handle the volume of their events + easibility for customer.

My overall experience with vivenu has been very positive. I really appreciate how the product is constantly evolving and improving based on customer feedback and needs. The platform is highly flexible and enables us to set up many different scenarios independently, without requiring development support. I also value how data-oriented the system is — from reporting capabilities to API connectivity, everything is well tracked and customizable to fit our reporting needs.

Pros

What I like most about vivenu is the customer support and the overall approach of the account managers towards clients. The team is always very helpful, responsive, and willing to solve any issue or request we have. The product itself is very flexible and reliable, allowing us to manage multiple ticketing use cases and scenarios efficiently.

Cons

During the onboarding process, it took me some time to fully navigate and understand the platform. However, with the help of the vivenu Wiki and customer support team, I was able to learn the system quickly and comfortably.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. Which is a huge change in the outdated world of ticketing. The feature set is also pretty complete.

The Best Available Seating algorithm can not yet cover all cases.
